Bhagya Lakshmi 26th September 2024 Written Update
Dadi asks Rishi if something is wrong, but Lakshmi interjects, saying that Rishi would not be hungry, as he knows right from wrong. However, she adds that since coming here, it seems like he’s lost his appetite. Neelam tries to convince Rishi to eat something, but he responds that sometimes it’s better to fast. Neelam, concerned, asks Lakshmi if something has happened. Lakshmi, feeling frustrated, asks why everyone assumes she’s always the cause of the problems.
Malishka offers to take food to Rishi, and Aanchal praises Malishka, saying she is a good person. Lakshmi then instructs Mukesh to stay with the family and ensure they don’t face any difficulties. Karishma, noticing Lakshmi’s frustration, wonders aloud why she is so upset over something seemingly minor. Neelam then advises everyone to be cordial with Lakshmi until the court hearing, even if they don’t like her, and Aayush agrees with Neelam’s plan, while Karishma urges Aayush to eat something.
In his room, Rishi sits in silence as Malishka brings him some food, gently requesting that he eat. He firmly replies that he’s not hungry. Malishka suggests that his mood must be because of Lakshmi, implying she’s the reason. Rishi, growing irritated, asks her not to make such assumptions. Malishka, feeling determined, insists she won’t eat either if he refuses. As she tries to feed him, Rishi grows more frustrated, warning her that her actions will only make him angrier. He leaves to check on the children, leaving Malishka behind, who begins to stew in her jealousy. She thinks to herself that no matter how hard she tries, Lakshmi always seems to come between her and Rishi.
Lakshmi enters the children’s room, where Paru informs her that Rohan has a fever. Lakshmi checks and realizes both children are running a fever. When she asks what’s wrong, they say they just want their Lakshmi Maa and Dad to be with them. Rishi comes to the window, and Paru calls out, asking him to come inside. The children express their desire for both their parents to stay with them. Rishi asks Lakshmi to give them their medicine, and as she tends to the children, he watches from the side.
As Lakshmi goes to get the medicine, the children ask if Rishi can stay with them. Lakshmi agrees, suggesting that it would help Rohan feel better. Rishi, surprised, says he was about to agree, but Lakshmi didn’t let him finish speaking. The children, delighted, insist that both their parents stay with them. Paru and Rohan declare they won’t eat unless both Rishi and Lakshmi eat with them. Rishi and Lakshmi reluctantly agree, feeding the children and themselves. Paru and Rohan mischievously encourage their parents to feed each other, and though they refuse at first, the children persist. As Rishi and Lakshmi share bites of food, Rishi can’t help but watch Lakshmi with a soft gaze, while Malishka seethes from the doorway, watching their closeness.
Later, on the terrace, Malishka is overwhelmed with anger and frustration. She laments that everything is slipping away from her, and she can’t stand the thought of Lakshmi taking Rishi from her. “I won’t let Lakshmi become the good one in this story,” Malishka mutters to herself. She questions why Rohan, her son, is getting closer to Lakshmi. Anoushka approaches and tells Malishka that anger alone won’t fix anything. Malishka, still enraged, replies that she won’t just sit back and cry. She vows to attack Lakshmi’s reputation and destroy her image as the perfect mother. She plans to ruin Lakshmi’s standing in the family so that even Neelam will turn against her.
Meanwhile, in the children’s room, Rishi helps the kids settle in for the night. Paru asks if Rishi can sleep with them. Lakshmi suggests that it would make Rohan feel better, so Rishi agrees. Paru and Rohan cheer, thrilled that both their parents will stay. Rishi and Lakshmi try to set up the beds, and the kids tease them about needing lots of space. As the family settles in, Rishi and Lakshmi accidentally hold hands but quickly pull away, both feeling a bit awkward. Rishi turns off the lights, stealing glances at Lakshmi before falling asleep beside the children.
Aayush, watching the scene from the doorway, smiles and snaps a picture of the four of them. He thinks to himself that Shalu will be happy to see them all together as a family. He quickly sends the picture to Shalu, who is excited when she receives his message. She’s thrilled by the photo, feeling that this is what their lives were missing. Shalu prays for no evil to come between Rishi, Lakshmi, and the children. Aayush, feeling nervous, sends a reply with a heart emoji, and Shalu grins when she sees it, understanding his feelings. Both Aayush and Shalu sit quietly, thinking about each other.
Later that night, Malishka, unable to sleep, realizes Rishi hasn’t returned to her room. She decides to check on him and finds him sleeping while holding Lakshmi’s hand. Shocked and enraged, Malishka stands frozen, unable to believe what she’s seeing.
