Kumkum Bhagya 25th September 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Vishaka scolding Diya for keeping them in the dark. Diya tries to explain, “No, you don’t understand. Everyone is worried, and no one is happy.” Vishaka interrupts, “Then why didn’t you tell us, Diya? We’re your family! How could you let the sangeet proceed today without saying anything?” Khushi adds, “Tomorrow is the wedding, Poorvi. How can you stand there and let this happen?” Poorvi, feeling overwhelmed, apologizes, “I’m really sorry for all the trouble I’ve caused.” Khushi, frustrated, responds, “You have no idea what you’re doing to your life.”
Meanwhile, Harman tries to calm Harleen, asking her not to be so harsh. Harleen, filled with anger, retorts, “I hate Poorvi and her family.” Harman admits, “This is all my fault,” but Harleen continues, “They feel the same way about us, don’t they?” Dadi chimes in, saying, “We don’t care about them anymore. They come when they want, and things are spiraling out of control.” Dadu enters, announcing that Juhi has arrived at the airport, and Vikrant leaves to pick her up.
Elsewhere, Sahil asks Neha if he should make the call. She agrees, and Sahil contacts Jassi, demanding he arrive quickly with the money. Jassi complains about the short notice, but Sahil gives him a strict 27-minute deadline. Monisha overhears the conversation and demands to know what’s going on. Neha explains, “We asked for 40 lakhs from Jassi, or else we’re leaving the sangeet.” Monisha, shocked, accuses them of blackmail. Neha stands firm, “If they don’t pay, we’ll leave.”
Back with Khushi and Poorvi, Khushi demands to know why Poorvi only cares about RV. Vishaka argues, “There are legal ways to save RV. Why aren’t you using them?” Poorvi, with a heavy heart, responds, “There’s no law that can help him now. The evidence is stacked against him.” Just then, RV arrives and overhears the conversation. Poorvi continues, “In most cases, the man is at fault, but RV is part of the rare exception. If he stays in jail, people will treat him horribly. I can’t watch him suffer like that. If he feels pain, I feel pain.” She explains her role as his wife, his “Ardhangini,” saying, “It’s my duty to protect him, no matter what.”
Khushi, still upset, says, “I thought distancing myself from you would make you change, but you don’t seem to care.” Poorvi tries to explain, “It’s not that simple. Nothing is in my control.” Vishaka, frustrated, tells her, “You still have the power to stop this. If you don’t, you’ll lose RV.” Poorvi shakes her head, saying, “I can’t stop the sangeet. If I do, people will blame RV and his family.” Vishaka counters, “But they’ll think you’re in the right!” Poorvi insists, “I don’t care about society’s judgment. I only care about saving RV. If marrying Nethra is what it takes, then so be it.”
Khushi, seeing no way to change Poorvi’s mind, tells Vishaka, “There’s no point in talking to her anymore.” As they leave, Diya stays behind, hugging Poorvi, who breaks down, saying, “I’ve failed as a daughter and daughter-in-law, but I have to do this to save RV.” RV, having overheard everything, is filled with guilt. He thinks to himself, “She cares for me so much, and what have I done? I don’t deserve her, but I’ll make myself worthy. I won’t let her suffer any longer. I know what I have to do.”
RV goes to Nethra, telling her, “I need to talk to you about something important.” Nethra, confused but curious, follows him. Meanwhile, Diya expresses her concerns to Poorvi, “Nethra has a plan, and it could harm you. I’m worried for your safety.” Poorvi, resolute, replies, “This isn’t about me; it’s about RV. My goal is to save him.” Diya, still anxious, pleads, “They haven’t attacked you yet, but you’re becoming a threat to them. I fear they might come after you next.” Poorvi, with determination, responds, “I’m ready to face any danger for RV. I’ll save him, even if it costs me my life.”
