Suman Indori 22nd September 2024 Written Episode
The episode starts with Teerth contemplating how to stop Suman, worried that his father will reject the food without even tasting it, and Devika will seize the opportunity. The doorbell rings, and Suman, Bhumi, and Malini arrive. Devika, seeing them, says, “You again? How dare you come here uninvited?” Suman confidently replies, “We only go to the Khajrana Ganesh temple without an invitation, but here, I was invited and even given an advance.” Chandrakant, surprised, asks, “Who gave you the advance?” Teerth thinks her timing is unfortunate and that she won’t get the contract. He explains, “I did. Suman ji has started a new catering business, and since we need a caterer for the wedding, I gave her a tasting order—not the full marriage contract yet. I’ll make the final decision after your approval.”
Chandrakant, still shocked, turns to Teerth and asks, “Are you really my son? Sometimes I wonder if you changed in the hospital.” He turns to Gitanjali, saying, “This girl tried to send your future wife to jail and made your brother’s video go viral, bringing disgrace to our family, and yet you’re supporting her?” He angrily adds, “This house is mine, and I make the decisions here.” He demands that Suman take her things and leave.
Meanwhile, Hema prays for Suman to get the contract. Poorna enters, pessimistically saying, “She won’t get the contract or any more work after this.” Gulshan agrees and locks the door. Hema, worried, tells them to leave. Back at Chandrakant’s house, he again insists that Suman leave. Teerth pleads, “Give her a chance, for my sake.” Gitanjali tries to support Teerth, mentioning, “I’ve tasted Suman’s chaat.” Chandrakant, enraged, presses her hand and says, “Is that why you’re backing him?” Teerth is about to intervene when Suman steps in, saying, “We didn’t come to cause tension; we just came to let you taste our food.” Teerth reminds his father, “It’s the love of our family.” Chandrakant scoffs, “Remember, Gajendra Gupta will come down hard on you. Why are you so obsessed with this girl?” Devika jumps in, accusing Teerth of using Suman to win the Sarafa ward. Suman, puzzled, asks, “What are you talking about?” Devika retorts, “Are we really going to eat food prepared by someone who slapped my sister?” Chandrakant, fed up, orders Suman to leave again.
Just then, other caterers arrive, and Devika announces, “The Indore Royal caterers are here, and their food is delicious. Sorry for not asking before calling them.” Chandrakant, approving, tells Suman to pack up and go. As Suman turns to leave, Rishi arrives, explaining, “My bike wasn’t working.” Suman asks him to join them, and Teerth follows them outside.
Poorna, back at home, mocks Hema, calling her shameless for referring to the house as hers. She instructs Gulshan to make tea with less tea dust and more sugar. Hema tries to reassure herself, saying, “Nothing bad will happen,” but Poorna ominously responds, “A lot is about to happen.”
Outside, Teerth approaches Suman and asks, “Why did you come without informing your family? Did you bring us here just to get insulted?” Suman, hurt, replies, “Our spirits aren’t broken, but I felt bad for your mother. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we just did.” She tries to leave, but Teerth calls out, “You’re a fraud!” Rishi, shocked, asks, “What are you saying?” Teerth, frustrated, says, “I’m talking to your sister. She’s a fraud, double-faced, and cowardly.”
Back inside, Poorna asks Hema to get Suman married to Gullu, promising they will forgive her. Suman defends herself, saying, “I’m not a fraud, and I’m nothing like you!” Teerth, still angry, demands, “Return my money!” Suman replies, “You canceled the order, but I will return your money with interest.” Teerth insists, “I want the money now, or else the interest will pile up. Are you scared of Indore Royal caterers or my father?” Suman firmly says, “I fear no one. No one can stop me from winning this contract.” Teerth, revealing his strategy, tells Rishi, “I’m using reverse psychology to get the job done.”
Suman goes back inside and confronts Chandrakant, asking him to taste her food. She says, “I’m only asking for a chance.” Chandrakant asks, “And what will you do with this chance?” Suman replies, “I’ll hit a home run.” She recalls, “Forty years ago, a 20-year-old man worked all night making snacks, selling them on buses and trains. People said whoever hadn’t tasted his snacks hadn’t tasted anything at all. But destiny kept him on those buses until a kind man gave him a loan to start a snack factory. That man opened 12 shops in Indore, 26 in MP, and 45 across India.” She looks at Chandrakant and asks, “Do you know the name of that man?” Teerth proudly answers, “Chandrakant Mittal, the great Namkeen King—your father.” Suman pleads, “I’m asking for the same chance someone gave you 40 years ago. If you don’t like my food, don’t give me the contract. But all I’m asking for is one chance.”
Poorna continues taunting Hema, asking, “How long will you make Suman work to earn money for you?” Gulshan, jokingly, tells Hema that if things go wrong, he’ll kidnap Suman and take her away for their wedding night. Furious, Hema throws tea at him and throws him out, saying, “No one can touch my daughter.”
Moved by Suman’s plea, Chandrakant finally agrees to give her a chance. Everyone smiles. Suman, grateful, says, “I’ll work hard and pass this test. I’ll make the food so delicious that you’ll never forget the taste.” She thanks him and hugs Rishi, Malini, and Bhumi. Devika, upset, asks, “What are you doing?” Chandrakant calmly replies, “I’m repaying a favor, or people will say I’ve forgotten my roots.” He reassures Devika that not everyone can be like him and tells her not to worry. Suman, excited, tells Teerth that she knows all about reverse psychology and how to get her work done. Teerth announces that there will be a competition between Suman and the Royal caterers, and the one with the best food will get the contract.
