Suman Indori 20th September 2024 Written Episode
The episode begins with Teerth telling Gitanjali that she is his lucky charm, and as long as they are together, Devika and Namkeen King Chandrakant won’t be able to do anything wrong. He continues, saying that today’s Suman catering business started because of her and nothing will go wrong. Devika, meanwhile, confidently says that Akhil will handle everything at the event. Kritika, however, remains skeptical, saying that Akhil is always drunk, questioning why Devika trusts him. Devika explains that rule number one is to make your in-laws dependent on you so much that they take your name before anything else.
Rishi, on the other hand, advises Suman to close her chaat shop for the day, suggesting that if she keeps it open, people will keep coming and she won’t have time to prepare food for Teerth’s family. Suman disagrees, saying, “I can’t leave my old customers for new ones.” She adds that this isn’t politics, where you switch sides easily, hinting at Rishi’s small-time political involvement. Eventually, the customers leave, and Suman closes the stall.
Akhil shows up, demanding Suman make chaat for him. Rishi informs him that the stall is closed, but Akhil insists, mocking her profession by saying she’s just a chaat seller. He further insults her by stating that his dogs wouldn’t even eat there, and he orders her to make the chaat quickly. Sensing trouble, Rishi quietly warns Suman that something feels off. However, Suman remains confident, saying she can handle the situation.
Concerned, Rishi calls Teerth and informs him that Akhil is there with his friends, causing trouble. Teerth promises to come and asks Rishi to manage until he arrives. As Teerth tries to leave, Devika and Kritika stop him. Kritika, using emotional manipulation, requests that he help her choose jewelry designs, insisting that he stay. Teerth, torn between responsibilities, stays momentarily but becomes increasingly anxious to leave.
Meanwhile, at the stall, Suman offers Akhil some lemon water, hoping to sober him up, but Akhil throws it aside, insulting her further. Rishi becomes furious, and Akhil’s friends threaten to beat him. Suman steps in, offering chole tikki instead, but Akhil pulls out a bottle of alcohol, intending to drink while eating.
Back at the house, Teerth tells Kritika that he has to leave now. Kritika, still emotionally manipulating him, asks if she will have to marry alone. Devika adds that Gajendra Gupta, an important figure, will be upset if Teerth doesn’t stay. Teerth, now feeling guilty, promises Kritika that he will spend time with her tomorrow but insists that he must go now. When Devika tries to assert her authority, Teerth firmly tells her that his mother is the head of the house and that she, Devika, has no right to question him.
At the chaat stall, Akhil is about to hit Suman when Teerth arrives just in time to grab Akhil’s hand, stopping him. He sternly warns Akhil, saying that no one can insult Suman in his presence. Meanwhile, one of Akhil’s friends secretly films the encounter. Teerth apologizes to Suman for Akhil’s behavior and tells Akhil that he deserves to be punished. Teerth is about to call the police, stating that jail time will teach Akhil a lesson. However, Suman intervenes, saying that while Akhil made a mistake, it wasn’t a crime. She insists that his life shouldn’t be ruined over this incident and decides to punish him herself.
Suman then forces Akhil to drink the lemonade she offered earlier. When he reluctantly complies, she gives him some chole chaat and orders him to eat it. Akhil refuses initially but eventually eats it after Suman’s insistence. Afterward, Suman advises him to go home, sleep, and reflect on his actions.
Teerth, still angered, tells the police to take Akhil away for misbehaving with Suman, but Suman again steps in, forgiving Akhil and asking Teerth to let him go. Teerth relents, telling Suman that Akhil has learned his lesson and won’t mistreat any woman again. Suman, brushing off Teerth’s lecture, tells him to go and manage his own brother instead of lecturing her. Rishi, confused, asks Suman why she let Akhil go. Suman, with a soft smile, responds that when she looked at Akhil, she saw her brother in him and forgave him. She believes Akhil has realized his mistake and learned that women are not weak.
Teerth wishes her luck for the next day, but Suman is left reflecting on whether Teerth is truly different from other politicians. She feels torn between her heart and mind, unsure of what to believe.
