Do Dooni Pyaar 20th September 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Kalyani confronting Ganga, asking why she has returned. Ganga, with determination, says, “I can’t leave Abhay or this house. My marriage has taken place, and I must honor it.” Abhay, visibly upset, retorts, “This is ridiculous! I don’t accept this marriage. Just leave, get out!” Chetan takes Ganga aside as tensions rise. Meanwhile, Lalita watches the drama unfold, casually munching on chips, enjoying the spectacle. She thinks to herself, “What will Ganga do now?”
Kalyani, not backing down, says, “You can’t just claim to be our daughter-in-law and force yourself into this family.” Ganga pleads, “Please believe me, I had no idea I was marrying Abhay. Let me stay here. I won’t step inside; I’ll stay outside, but please don’t send me away.” Kalyani, furious, replies, “You’re putting on an act, pretending to be innocent while trying to manipulate us.” She storms off. Lalita smirks to herself, thinking, “Kalyani is powerless. I’ve already brainwashed Ganga.” Checking her phone, she notices a missed call from Ritu and quickly calls back.
Meanwhile, Akshay, in a moment of confession, tells Neha, “I fell in love with Ritu, and I had no choice but to marry her. I’m sorry, please forgive me. I married the girl you selected for me.” Neha, tears streaming down her face, responds, “She isn’t my friend’s daughter.” Akshay, taken aback, asks, “What do you mean?” Neha, frustrated, replies, “Yes, you heard me. She’s not who I thought. I was talking about Ritika, but this girl is Ritu.” Ritu, equally confused, chimes in, “I don’t understand what’s going on.”
Akshay, trying to grasp the situation, asks, “Ritu, what do you know about Kalyani?” She responds, “She sent the marriage proposal for you to me.” Neha, emotionally overwhelmed, says, “She’s deceived us all. This isn’t even her house!” Akshay, anger rising, declares, “This is my house, and I’ll find out who’s behind this game!” Ritu supports him, adding, “Yes, let’s get to the bottom of this.” Neha, realizing the situation is spiraling, becomes more anxious.
Back at the house, Kalyani tries to convince Ganga to leave and go to an NGO. In the meantime, Abhay receives a call from Ranjan, who congratulates him on his marriage and mentions the pictures on social media. Shocked, Abhay wonders if Sakshi has found out about the wedding. The family members start receiving calls from relatives, awkwardly making excuses to cover the situation.
Neha intercepts Akshay and Ritu as they are about to leave and manages to bring them home. Ganga, meanwhile, is outside, shielding the tulsi plant from the rain, showing her devotion. Ritu, still upset, tells Akshay, “I won’t step foot inside this house.” Akshay, trying to calm her down, says, “We’re married, you have to do the grahpravesh.” Ritu, stressed, says, “This isn’t a joke! I need to talk to my mom.” Akshay, understanding her concern, replies, “Okay, call her.” Meanwhile, Neha begins preparing for the grahpravesh ritual.
As Ritu calls Lalita, Abhay’s sister Kirti offers money to Ganga, trying to rid the house of her presence. Lalita watches the scene quietly from a distance. Just then, Sakshi calls Abhay, asking about their engagement date. Abhay, trying to manage the chaos, responds, “I’ve been swamped with work, I’ll call you back soon.”
Lalita slyly collects a few scattered notes and slips away. Kalyani catches Kirti in the act and scolds her for throwing money at Ganga. Annoyed, Kirti storms off. Kalyani, still resolute, turns to Ganga and commands, “It’s time for you to leave.”
