Pukaar Dil Se Dil Tak 17th September 2024
The episode begins with Vedika arriving at the mandap. She pushes Sagar, causing him to fall. Rageshwari immediately questions Vedika’s actions, asking if anyone in their right mind would behave this way. Vedika firmly declares that the wedding is a farce. Saraswathi, enraged, tells Vedika that there must be a limit to her outrageous behavior and claims she no longer considers Vedika her daughter in any lifetime. She warns Vedika to leave before she calls the guards.
Sagar, confused, asks Vedika what is going on. Vedika says she has proof and urges him to listen. Degvijay steps in, asking Vedika what her issue is, and tells her to speak up. Vedika falters when she sees Suphedra wearing the ring, and suddenly goes quiet. Degvijay taunts her, questioning why she stopped talking when they are all willing to listen. Sagar too insists they all want to hear why she’s accusing someone of harming Saraswathi and calling the wedding a sham. Sagar tells Vedika that no matter what she says, the wedding will proceed, and asks the priest to continue with the rituals.
Sagar tells Vedika that despite her efforts, she won’t be able to stop the wedding, though it was clearly what she wanted. Saraswathi coldly orders Vedika to leave and never look back, asserting that Sagar and Jhanvi will be married and no force on earth can stop it. Koyal hugs Saraswathi as she glares at Vedika, who tearfully turns to leave. Rageshwari and Degvijay smile, satisfied with Vedika’s defeat. Sagar controls his emotions, while Saraswathi reassures Koyal that nothing wrong has happened and the wedding will go on. Saraswathi apologizes to Sagar, asking him to come back after changing his clothes. Sagar leaves, and Saraswathi comforts Koyal, telling her not to worry as she is with her.
Vedika is heartbroken and confused, wondering how Suphedra, who would never harm her mother, ended up wearing the ring. She suspects Rageshwari and Degvijay were behind the poisoning of her mother, but now she doubts herself.
Meanwhile, Rageshwari reassures Suphedra not to worry, saying Vedika won’t return. She compliments Suphedra on how beautiful the ring looks on her, the one she gave as a gift. Rageshwari urges Suphedra to smile, and after a brief hug, asks her to check with the priest to see if he needs anything for the ritual. Suphedra leaves, and Rageshwari turns to Degvijay, asking if he has anything to say. Degvijay, nonchalant, remarks that he’s not one for romantic gestures. Rageshwari warns him to stay in line until the wedding is done.
Degvijay then praises Rageshwari for her quick thinking, explaining that when Vedika suspected something and started looking into who switched the medicine, Rageshwari cleverly gifted the ring to Suphedra to throw Vedika off the trail. He wonders aloud what they would have done if Vedika had erased the video evidence. Rageshwari confidently replies that the absence of evidence is also a form of proof. Degvijay hugs his mother, who proudly declares that Vedika is powerless now without any proof.
Still disoriented, Vedika is determined to uncover the truth. She’s certain that Mauri and Koyal were involved in the incident the previous day, and she prays to GhatuSham for guidance. Just then, she sees the household staff passing by and gets an idea.
Meanwhile, Sagar is in his room, still reeling from Vedika’s actions. There’s a knock on the door, and a staff member claims they’ve been sent to collect his clothes for cleaning by Suphedra. As Sagar opens the door, Vedika rushes in. He is surprised and asks her why she hasn’t left when everyone told her to. Vedika insists that something is wrong with Saraswathi’s medication and that someone is giving her the wrong medicines. She tells Sagar she had the medicines tested and discovered they were strong painkillers, not calcium supplements.
Sagar doesn’t believe her until Vedika calls Dr. Singh on his phone, who confirms that such painkillers could cause a stroke. Sagar realizes that Saraswathi may not be suffering from any illness, meaning he doesn’t need to marry Koyal after all. Sagar and Vedika exchange a look, but then Lali knocks on the door, urging Sagar to hurry up. Sagar, deep in thought, admits he doesn’t want to marry Koyal but feels bound by his promise to Saraswathi. Vedika empathizes with his dilemma, saying she can’t trust anyone in the house, just as he doesn’t trust her.
Sagar suggests an idea involving a contract. Vedika, focused on her mother’s well-being, explains that she’s not seeking love or trust from Sagar but pleads with him to give her one chance to uncover the truth. After a moment of hesitation, Sagar agrees, and they decide to work together.
As they prepare to leave, Vedika hands Sagar a bag with clothes, and he’s taken aback. She quickly packs her wedding dress, and when Sagar objects to wearing a cap, fearing it will mess up his hair, Vedika assures him that it’s part of the plan. She instructs him to grab the bedsheets, which they will use to climb out the window.
Meanwhile, Koyal and the family arrive at Sagar’s door, knocking repeatedly. When there’s no response, they try to force the door open. To their shock, they find the room empty. Koyal panics, exclaiming that Sagar has disappeared. The family is left in confusion, and Saraswathi is filled with worry.
