Savi continues to act strangely under the influence of alcohol. She playfully teases Rajat and accidentally drops cake on Urmila. Offended, Urmila starts questioning Savi’s character. Rajat immediately steps in to defend Savi, warning Urmila to stop attacking his wife. He insists that Savi didn’t do anything wrong and has always taken good care of his family. Rajat adds that while they invite Urmila to family events out of respect, she consistently disrespects Savi and causes drama. He makes it clear he won’t tolerate any further mistreatment of his wife. He then pulls Savi away, despite her insisting on dancing.
Rajat carries Savi and puts her under the shower, telling her to stay there until the alcohol wears off. As Savi sobers up, she suddenly remembers Rajat giving her alcohol instead of water. Angered, she walks up to Rajat and slaps him, accusing him of taking revenge for the mishap at his client presentation. Rajat, furious, tells her to stop and asks if she really thinks he has the time or desire to plot revenge against her. He argues that it was her own mistake for drinking the alcohol.
The next morning, Isha tells Shantanu that she’s proud of Rajat for standing up for Savi against Urmila. Shantanu agrees. Isha, however, remains curious about whether Bhagyashree played a role in Savi’s intoxication. Meanwhile, Rajat exits the bathroom and sees Savi still peacefully asleep. He thinks to himself that Savi may be calm now, but she always stirs up trouble when she’s awake. A vase accidentally slips from his hand, breaking with a crash. The sound wakes Savi, who groggily asks if they spent the night together. Rajat quickly clarifies that nothing of the sort happened and that he slept on the couch.
At breakfast, Bhagyashree taunts Rajat, asking if Savi is still drunk or if she’s finally sober. Riddhi and Lucky poke fun at her as well. Rajendra tries to comfort Savi, telling her to ignore the comments and eat. Isha arrives and checks on Savi, asking what really happened. Rajat quickly lies, saying Savi wanted to demonstrate to her students how a drunk person behaves and ended up getting drunk herself. Savi denies his story, explaining that she only had some cough syrup and felt strange afterward. Isha, suspecting foul play, looks at Bhagyashree and asks if someone tricked Savi. Bhagyashree loudly denies it, starting a commotion. Isha notices red marks on Rajat’s cheek and asks what happened. Rajat, embarrassed, mumbles that a “fat cat” scratched him. Savi teases, asking if it was really fat. Rajat quickly amends, saying it was actually a “mini cat.”
Later, Savi visits her parents’ house. Mrunmayee jokes about the mark on Rajat’s cheek and asks if Savi slapped him. Isha continues to praise Rajat for standing up to Urmila the previous day, calling him a true “jamai raja.” Savi seems confused, and Mrunmayee asks if she doesn’t remember anything from the previous night. Savi admits that she doesn’t.
