Udne Ki Aasha 25th August 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Sachin asking Sayali to come with him. She questions where they are going and why. Sachin simply tells her to come along. Sayali insists that if he doesn’t want to explain, he should go alone. Sachin responds that they both need to go together. Sayali, however, says she needs to prepare breakfast first. As she makes tea for Paresh, she asks Akash to have breakfast. Akash thanks her but mentions he’ll eat at the restaurant instead. Paresh urges him to have breakfast at home. Sachin walks in and gives Akash a stern look.
Paresh, noticing the tension, asks if there’s been a fight between them. Sachin denies it but admits that Akash is upset with him. Paresh advises them to resolve things peacefully and tells Akash to forget the disagreement. He adds that he doesn’t want any conflicts today and urges them both to join for breakfast. Sachin reminds Akash to consider their father’s respect. As they sit down to eat, Sachin is shocked to see Renu and accidentally spits out his water at Akash. Akash, startled, asks what’s going on. Sachin tells him to look behind them. They all turn and are surprised to see Renu fully dressed up. Sachin warns Sayali to sit down before she faints. Renu teases that they’re just jealous, but Sachin insists they’re just shocked. He starts joking about Renu’s appearance, causing everyone to laugh. Paresh agrees with Sachin, asking Renu what this is all about. Renu tells them to wait as she’s about to explain everything. She calls for Roshni and Tejas to come out quickly. When they do, they smile at Renu.
Renu explains that she met a fortune teller and shared her wish. The fortune teller advised her to celebrate Janmashtami with the family to make her wish come true, so she went all out with the decorations. Sachin points out that all this doesn’t come for free and laments that their father’s money was wasted, then mentions he’s off to work. Paresh reminds him that Aaji had asked them to celebrate the festival properly. Sachin reassures him that he never refuses anything to Paresh or Aaji. Paresh then tells him to get ready for the festivities.
Meanwhile, Krish says he wants to meet Kaku. Supriya tries to distract him by offering food, but he insists. She eventually gives him a gift and promises they’ll go meet Kaku after he eats. She internally worries about how to take Krish to see Roshni. Elsewhere, Sayali and Sachin are preparing items for the puja. Sayali shyly suggests that they should perform the Kanha swing ritual together. Sachin notices her blushing and asks why she’s blushing over a ritual. She brushes it off and leaves. Sachin, puzzled, says to himself that something is up. He calls Aaji and asks her what the significance of the newlywed couple performing the swing ritual is. After hearing her explanation, he ends the call, realizing it’s done to bless the couple with a child. He recalls a dream he had.
He imagines four boys dressed as Kanha and wonders if they’re real, feeling a bit scared. He decides that he’ll plan for children after a few years but jokes that he doesn’t want four, considering the expenses he already has. Meanwhile, Tejas notices Roshni’s phone ringing and calls out to her. When she doesn’t respond, he answers the call. Supriya is on the other end, telling “Kalyani” to come and meet her son today. Krish, overhearing, calls out, “Kaku, it’s me.” Roshni enters the room just then. Tejas apologizes for answering her phone and mentions that some child is calling her Kaku. Roshni quickly lies to cover up the situation.
Supriya informs Roshni that they’ve come to meet her. Roshni assures her she’ll come in a little while. She then tells Tejas she needs to leave, and he asks her to return soon, saying he’ll miss her. Renu, seeing Roshni about to leave, asks where she’s headed. Roshni explains that her client is waiting at the parlor. Renu reminds her that she and Tejas need to prepare the makhan for the bhog. Sachin makes a joke to lighten the mood. Renu then expresses her wish for Akash to distribute food at the temple, hoping it will lead to him getting married soon. Sachin also starts thinking about getting Akash married quickly.
