The episode starts with Jaya taking care of Ranvijay, who is down with a fever. She encourages him not to stress about the mill. Vaiju, worried, asks Rohan what happened. Rohan reassures her that Ranvijay is unwell but there’s no need to worry. Vaiju rushes to check on him. The doctor informs them that Ranvijay needs rest and should avoid stress, adding that the prescribed medicines should be given on time. Vaiju anxiously asks if Ranvijay will be fine. Jaya assures her that he will recover. Vaiju is concerned about the number of medicines, but Jaya explains they are antibiotics. Vasundara also reassures her that Jaya is taking good care of Ranvijay. Vaiju suggests making some herbal *kada*, but Ragini informs her that she has already prepared it. Jaya takes the *kada* to Ranvijay, who, despite his fever, drinks it. Rao Sahab, meanwhile, is lost in thought, thinking of Rohan. Vasundara notices and asks why he’s so worried. Rao Sahab brushes it off, but she insists he shouldn’t worry too much about Ranvijay and offers to bring him some tea to calm him.
Vaiju, still concerned, asks Jaya why Ranvijay isn’t eating properly. Jaya explains that his fever hasn’t come down and he’s not feeling hungry. Vaiju offers to add a special herb to the *khichdi* to stimulate his appetite, but Jaya declines, worried it might have side effects. Determined to help, Vaiju decides to cook the *khichdi* herself. However, as she cooks, smoke fills the house, alarming everyone. They rush to find the source of the bad smell and see Vaiju with the *khichdi*. Vaiju insists that the *khichdi* will help cure Ranvijay, but Vasundara and Ragini find the smell unbearable and tell her to take it away. Vaiju prays to Bappa, hoping for Ranvijay’s recovery.
Jaya is increasingly worried about Ranvijay’s fever not subsiding. Vasundara suggests consulting another doctor, but Rao Sahab believes they should give it more time before considering a hospital visit. Vaiju, however, remains determined and takes the *khichdi* to Ranvijay, urging him to eat it. Jaya intervenes, worried that the herb might worsen his condition, but Ranvijay, surprisingly, starts to feel better after eating the *khichdi*. Jaya checks his temperature and realizes his fever has indeed gone down, thanking Vaiju for her help. Vasundara expresses regret for not trusting Vaiju earlier, while Jaya, feeling defeated, apologizes for doubting her.
Later, Jaya informs everyone that Ranvijay is recovering. Sulekha asks Jaya to perform the evening *aarti*, but Vasundara steps in, deciding that Vaiju should have the honor today. Rao Sahab agrees, saying he had the same thought. Jaya thanks Vaiju, who gracefully takes the *aarti* plate and performs the ritual. She then passes the *aarti* to everyone. Afterward, Jaya leaves to give *aarti* to Ranvijay.
Jaya then brings up the fact that Ranvijay’s manager called to report a missed shipment. Fearing that Ranvijay will try to rush to the mill despite his condition, Jaya doesn’t know what to do. Vaiju offers to handle the situation and goes to the mill in his place. At the mill, she speaks with the manager, who explains the situation with Kadam Sir’s shipment. Vaiju immediately calls Kadam Sir, apologizing for the delay and offering a 25% discount to make up for the inconvenience. Kadam agrees to the deal. However, Jaikant arrives and witnesses the scene, clearly displeased. He scolds the manager and warns Vaiju that they will talk later at home.
When Vaiju returns home, Sulekha takes the opportunity to taunt her, leaving Vaiju to face the consequences of her actions.
