The episode begins with Ranvijay crying as he brings the baby to Jaya. Jaya bursts into tears upon seeing her baby. He hands the baby to her, and she joyfully talks to her child. Everyone gathers around to congratulate her. Ranvijay continues to cry. Ragini asks what happened, inquiring if Vaiju is alright. Ranvijay nods in response. Vaiju wakes up and searches for her baby. When she sees Ranvijay, she asks where Vayu is and if he was taken for a vaccination. She insists he tells her. He breaks down and recalls everything. He apologizes, explaining that he had to give their baby to Jaya to save her life. He explains everything to her, and she is left in shock. He apologizes again, saying the doctors couldn’t save Jaya’s baby.

She asks how he could have made such a decision alone, how he could give her baby to someone else without consulting her first. She says he didn’t think about her feelings.

“You have stolen my Vayu,” she tells him. He responds, saying she would have done the same in his place. She replies, “Yes, but I would have talked to you first. You’ve committed a sin. I am Vayu’s mother, and I will always be his mother.” She breaks down in tears. “I can’t share my love as a mother,” she says, walking towards Jaya. She watches Jaya holding the baby, standing at the door, tears streaming down her face.

The doctor enters and praises Vaiju for making the decision to save Jaya’s baby. Ranvijay observes from the side. The song Kisse puchun plays in the background. Vaiju goes to her ward, crying as she holds the baby bedding. She says, “I couldn’t take my baby away from Jaya. How did you do it? Didn’t your hands shake?” Her anger builds as she says, “I will never forgive you.” Both women cry.
