The episode begins with Sachin arriving at the hospital and inquiring about Paresh. He heads to see Paresh. The doctor is in a disagreement with a girl. Sachin asks about his father’s condition. The doctor reprimands him for his careless attitude. Sachin asks what happened, and the doctor explains that mosquito repellent was sprayed around Paresh, causing him breathing difficulties. Sachin becomes upset. Sayali asks him to calm down. They step outside, and Sayali mentions that Riya came home and… A nurse interrupts, asking them to deposit 15,000 rupees for the tests. Sachin explains that he just paid the car loan installment. Sayali suggests mortgaging her mangalsutra. Sachin refuses and says he will ask his friends. Anya offers to pay, saying that nothing is more important than Kaka’s health. Sachin insists he will manage. Anya proceeds to pay the money. Sayali reassures him that they will repay it soon. Sachin asks Sayali to call Renu, and she agrees, saying she should be arriving soon. Renu enters and asks what happened. Sachin explains that Paresh had an allergic reaction to mosquito repellent. Renu scolds Sayali, but Sayali defends herself, saying she did nothing. Paresh removes his oxygen mask and insists on explaining what happened. Sachin asks him to put it back on. Paresh repeats his question: who sprayed the repellent? Sayali hesitates but eventually admits that Riya did. Renu questions why Riya would do such a thing. Sachin firmly states that it was Riya. Tejas and Akash arrive. Sayali assures them that Paresh will be fine. Akash asks how it happened, and Sachin accuses him, saying it was because of his wife. He tells Akash to leave the house. Akash demands that he stop. Paresh urges them not to argue. Renu insists that they remain calm.

Renu shares that Riya sprayed the repellent. Sayali defends Riya, saying she never intended to harm anyone but didn’t listen to her. Renu asks Akash to talk to Riya. Everyone exits. Akash tries to explain that Riya did this by mistake. Paresh gently holds his hand.

They all return home with Paresh. Roshni asks how he is, and Paresh nods. Tejas warns everyone to be cautious. Riya enters, concerned, and asks if Paresh is fine. She says she thought it was a serious matter. Sachin accuses her of wanting the situation to become more serious. She asks what she did wrong. Sayali explains that Paresh had an allergic reaction to the repellent. Riya defends herself, saying she sprayed it for Paresh’s benefit. Sachin scolds her, but Renu intervenes, telling him to stop. Paresh asks everyone to move on from the issue.

Riya insists it was an accident. Sachin tells Riya that his father is unwell because of her actions and that she doesn’t understand he just underwent surgery. Paresh reassures them that he’s fine. Roshni and Renu try to explain things to Riya. Riya responds, saying this isn’t a school where she needs permission for everything. Paresh asks Sachin to let it go. Sachin insists on confronting her, stating that this happened because of her. Riya offers to pay the hospital bills, dismissing it as their problem. Sachin becomes angry, but Paresh intervenes, telling them to stop arguing. He says he is fine. Paresh feels dizzy. Sachin tells Sayali to come with him and move the bed to the room so Paresh can rest there, and no one will spray anything in the room. He asks Tejas to help. Sayali stops Sachin, and Renu says Sayali doesn’t need to do that. Sayali insists she will clean the room first to prevent dust allergies for Paresh. Sachin points out Sayali’s care for Paresh, and Paresh smiles.

Akash and Tejas help Sachin move the bed into the room. Sachin tells Paresh to rest. Akash apologizes. Renu and Paresh encourage him to talk things over with Riya. Akash leaves. Sayali goes to make tea. Sachin tells Paresh again to rest.

Akash and Riya have an argument. Riya goes to Paresh to apologize, then leaves. Renu praises Riya and criticizes Sachin and Sayali. Paresh compliments Sayali. Renu thinks about finding a way to oust Sayali.
