Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 10th September 2024 Written Update
Jahnvi passes in front of Chirag after making prank calls to him as hospital staff, but Chirag doesn’t notice her. He gets into his car, pondering who could have called him from the hospital reception. The watchman asks if he’s looking for his mother, as she was just there. Chirag immediately suspects that Lavanya is behind the prank calls. He drives home and confronts Lavanya, accusing her of orchestrating the calls to keep him away from Deepika in the middle of the night. Lavanya denies the accusations and lashes out at Chirag for daring to question her in her own home. Chirag pushes further, asking what she was doing near his hospital. Lavanya refuses to answer and walks away. Omkar steps in, scolding Chirag, saying he should have trusted his mother instead of accusing her. Feeling guilty for doubting Lavanya, Chirag is comforted by Deepika.
The next morning, Deepika wakes up early and gets ready. She speaks to Yashwant, checking on his health. When Chirag wakes up, he gets playful and romantic with her, but Deepika tells him she needs to go and perform her first kitchen ritual. She leaves and, a little while later, Prithvi and Neelima praise the dishes Deepika has prepared. Deepika proudly presents all the dishes, which she tailored to each family member’s taste. Prithvi, affectionately nicknaming her DB, asks how she knew everyone’s preferences. Deepika smiles and says she found out through Chirag. She serves the dishes at the dining table, and the other family members shower her with praise.
Lavanya joins them for breakfast. Neelima mentions that Deepika has prepared Lavanya’s favorite meal. Deepika offers to serve her, but Lavanya coldly responds that she will serve herself. After filling her plate, she places the food in the dog’s bowl. The family stands shocked, and Deepika looks hurt. Chirag asks why she would do such a thing. Lavanya, with a smirk, remarks that Deepika’s cooking is only fit for dogs. Chirag tries to comfort Deepika, while Omkar confronts Lavanya, asking why she always behaves this way. Lavanya angrily retorts that no one should question her actions in her own home. Despite the tension, Deepika gently asks her to try the food, with Neelima also pleading. Lavanya dismisses them and walks away. The rest of the family enjoys the meal and continues to compliment Deepika’s cooking. Omkar and Ashutosh present her with shagun, and Lavanya watches with a frown.
Later, Neelima approaches Lavanya cautiously, wanting to discuss something but worried about upsetting her. Lavanya, sensing where the conversation is headed, cuts her off, saying she knows Neelima wants to perform Deepika’s *muh dikhayi* (face unveiling) ritual. With a sly grin, Lavanya agrees, stating it’s better to do it before people start gossiping. Neelima, excited, says she will call a designer to help get Deepika ready. Lavanya, with an evil smile, suggests they call an event management company instead and have them organize the ceremony tonight, sending E-invites to all the guests. Neelima agrees, unaware of Lavanya’s intentions, while Lavanya plots in her mind, thinking it will be her future daughter-in-law’s *muh dikhayi* ritual and not Deepika’s.
