Maati Se Bandhi Dor 21st January 2025 Written Update
The episode begins with Ranvijay disconnecting Jaya’s calls. Vaiju says he is in an important meeting and advises Jaya not to call him. Jaya reminds her that he said she could call him if there was an issue. The client gets upset with Ranvijay. Ranvijay apologizes and asks the client to continue. However, he gets distracted and starts worrying about Jaya. He apologizes again and asks for two minutes, stating that it seems to be an emergency. He picks up the call, and Jaya complains about Vaiju. Ranvijay asks if they are children, as this is not a medical emergency, and ends the call. Sulekha asks Jaya to sit and drink some water. Ranvijay realizes the clients have left and becomes angry.
He returns home, where Sulekha tells him that Jaya felt unwell after talking to him on the phone. He says he told her to call only if it was important. Sulekha replies that her baby is important and that she is here because he brought her here. Vaiju says she only advised Jaya to take care. Ranvijay asks why they argued, as the clients left the meeting, and Vaiju was wrong.
Vaiju defends herself, and Jaya argues with her. Ranvijay scolds Jaya and goes to his room. Vaiju and Ranvijay have a conversation, where she expresses that everyone seems to think only Jaya is pregnant, not her. He explains that Jaya’s pregnancy is complicated, while hers is normal, and they must keep Jaya and her baby free from stress. He then hugs her. Meanwhile, Jaya stumbles, feeling upset. She says that Vaiju thinks she cannot take care of her baby, but she will do what she believes is right. Jaya falls and screams, and Ranvijay rushes to catch her. The family quickly gathers around. Vaiju insists that they take her to the hospital. They all head to the hospital. Ranvijay tells Jaya not to stress, and she is taken into the operating theater.
Ranvijay prays for Jaya and her baby’s safety. The doctor arrives and says they need to perform a C-section. Ranvijay insists they do whatever is necessary, as long as both Jaya and the baby are safe. Vaiju arrives at the hospital and feels labor pains. A nurse asks if she came alone, noticing her labor pains. Vaiju screams, and Ranvijay rushes to her. She asks about Jaya, and he responds that she is still concerned about Jaya. The nurse says they need to take Vaiju to the labor room. Vaiju reassures everyone not to worry as she is taken for delivery. The doctor soon returns and expresses concern about Jaya’s condition, saying her BP is high. Unfortunately, Jaya’s baby was stillborn, and they couldn’t do anything to save it. Ranvijay is shocked.
Vaiju successfully delivers her baby, and the doctor congratulates her on the birth of a baby boy. Ranvijay smiles. The nurse hands the baby to Vaiju, who smiles and says, “Welcome to our lives, Vayu.” She hugs her son as “Abhi Mujhmein Kahin” plays in the background. The doctor says Jaya’s BP is high, and although she wants to see her baby, her life is at risk. Ranvijay asks if Jaya knows about the baby, and the doctor says no. She advises him to break the news to her, as seeing her baby might help her recover, though it’s a miracle that may not happen. Ranvijay recalls Jaya’s previous suicide attempt. He then goes to see his baby and cries tears of joy.
Ranvijay looks at Vaiju, remembering her earlier words. A nurse arrives to call him, and he apologizes to Vaiju. He tearfully says that he has no choice but to make this decision to save Jaya’s life.
