Mangal Lakshmi 20th January 2025 Written Episode Update

Sowmya accuses Mangal of being responsible for Kusum’s sudden deterioration in health. Mangal confronts Sowmya, questioning why she would harm Kusum, who has always been like a daughter to her and someone she has continuously supported. Shanti informs them that Kusum has regained consciousness, but Kusum, terrified, accuses Mangal of attempting to kill her and demands that she leave the house. Mangal, stunned, resolves to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Sowmya manipulates the situation, subtly blaming Mangal and turning Adit against her. Though Adit consoles Kusum, he begins to doubt Mangal due to Sowmya’s influence.

Mangal later confides in Shanti, expressing her confusion over Kusum’s accusations, especially since she believed their relationship was fine after giving her a saree. Sowmya, pretending to care for Kusum, continues to manipulate the situation, making Adit question Mangal’s motives by suggesting that jealousy drove her to act in such a way. Mangal, however, focuses on discovering the truth and finds glass shards in the kitchen and a kite, which confirm that someone intentionally tried to harm Kusum.

Shanti suspects Sowmya’s involvement, thinking she orchestrated the whole thing to frame Mangal. However, Mangal insists on finding concrete evidence before making any accusations. Later, Mangal finds glass shards in Sowmya’s room and confronts her in front of everyone. Sowmya pretends to be innocent and claims Mangal is accusing her without any reason, but Mangal points out the clear evidence.

Raghuveer pretends to be an exorcist, with Lakshmi posing as Gayathri’s ghost to scare Jia and her mother into confessing and withdrawing a case. However, the plan fails when Jia and her mother manage to escape. The group blames each other for the failure while considering their next steps to get Karthik released from jail. Lakshmi reflects on their inability to extract a confession, leaving the matter unresolved.
