Udne Ki Aasha 20th January 2025 Written Update
The episode begins with Sayali receiving a call from the principal. He complains about Dilip not paying his college fees. She reassures him that she will take care of it and explain to Dilip. She calls Dilip, but he doesn’t answer. He’s working with Chitti at the time. She calls again, but Dilip disconnects. He talks to Chitti, thinking about how to hide from Sachin. Renu meets Shakku and praises Tejas. Tejas is at the restaurant, working as a waiter. Renu complains about Sachin and Sayali. She mentions how Tejas works hard and how Riya and Roshni are troubled by Sachin and Sayali. She asks Shakku for advice on what to do. Shakku, feeling hungry, suggests they go to the nearby restaurant. When they arrive, Tejas smiles upon seeing Renu but quickly hides his face. The song “Golmaal hai…” plays.
Sayali talks to Sachin on the phone about Dilip. She expresses her concern, thinking something is wrong, and suspects Dilip might be involved in something shady. Sachin tells her not to worry and promises to go to Dilip’s college to find out what’s going on, asking her not to be angry with him. She agrees and tells him to pay the fees there; she will send the money online. He insists that he will handle the payment. When she questions why, he explains that Dilip is also related to him, and that his money is also hers. She disagrees, saying that his thinking is outdated, and argues that he has a right to her earnings. He counters that she is independent and should be free to earn money however she likes. She insists that their earnings are shared, and he relents, agreeing to go to Dilip’s college. Meanwhile, Shakku complains that no one has taken their order at the restaurant. Tejas, spotting his mother, stops Rudra and asks him to handle the situation, fearing that she will discover that he works there. Rudra agrees but warns that he will take all Tejas’s tips for the day. Tejas reluctantly agrees, and Rudra passes the order to another waiter. Tejas thanks Rudra for helping him out.
Shakku orders food, and Renu presses Shakku for advice on how to get rid of Sachin and Sayali. Shakku, still hungry, excuses herself to go to the bathroom. Tejas hides when Shakku is not looking. Sachin arrives at the college and inquires about Dilip. One of the students informs him that Dilip will pay the fees tomorrow and that he also covers the canteen bills for them. Sachin remains suspicious but doesn’t press the matter. At the restaurant, Renu continues to praise Tejas, while Tejas hides from her view. Dilip decides to go and collect the money, as he cannot risk being seen in Sachin’s area, fearing that Sachin will inform Sayali. Chitti agrees and leaves. Sachin stops his car and notices Dilip. He calls out to him, and Dilip lies about the situation. Sachin doesn’t believe him and tells him not to lie, urging him to study hard. Dilip makes excuses and pleads with Sachin not to tell Sayali. Sachin agrees but reminds him to focus on his studies, handing him the money for the fees. Dilip refuses, saying he will wait for his salary to pay the fees himself. He walks away. Meanwhile, Chitti confronts Anya, demanding that she pay him back by tomorrow. After Chitti leaves, Sachin asks Anya if Chitti said anything to her. She responds that she needs to pay back the money, and Sachin recalls Dilip’s words. He assures her that it’s nothing, and they sit down to have food.
Sayali is preparing dinner when Renu arrives and scolds her. Sayali defends herself and Sachin, leading Renu to storm out angrily. When Sachin returns home, he shows a wedding picture of himself and Sayali to Paresh. Akash praises the photo, saying he looks like a hero. Tejas comments that the angle could have been better, prompting Sachin to taunt him. Renu throws the phone in frustration, belittling both Sachin and Sayali.
