Jagriti 13th January 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Kalikant telling Kalindi that if anything happens to her in the jungle, he will burn the entire jungle down. Kalindi agrees, telling him to burn it if needed, as he took her there for enjoyment, but the witch frightened her. Jagriti questions Kalindi about what she is saying. Kalikant, angered, asks Jagriti who permitted her into the mansion. Jagriti reminds him that it was her who brought Kalindi into the mansion. Jagriti then reveals to Kalikant that Kalindi is referring to Goddess Vandevi as the witch. Kalindi tells Jagriti to be quiet and leave. She then demands that Kalikant tell her whether he will burn the jungle or not. Kalikant tries to calm Kalindi down and sends her away.
Ganga shows Geeta her room. Geeta advises Ganga to speak up against the wrongdoings, saying someone is taking her place in the house. Ganga reacts thoughtfully to this.
Jagriti informs Bindi that Kalindi is pressuring Kalikant to burn down the jungle. Bindi worries about what will happen next.
Gayatri confronts Kalikant and tells him not to burn the jungle, reminding him that Goddess Vandevi is worshipped by everyone in the area. Kalikant responds, saying Gayatri should have seen how terrified Kalindi was. He reassures her that he will handle Kalindi and asks her not to worry. Gayatri agrees.
Kalindi calls Madan and tells him about what happened. She expresses her wish to leave, asking Madan to come and pick her up. Madan advises Kalindi to stop being afraid and focus on her goal. Kalindi reluctantly agrees.
Bindi disguises herself as Goddess Vandevi. Pretending to be Vandevi, she laughs at Kalindi and tells her that since she wants to burn the jungle, she will be burned today. Kalindi recalls Madan’s advice and tries to figure out who is behind the disguise. She approaches the window. Akash starts flickering the lights to scare Kalindi further. He sprays insecticide and lights a small fire on the floor. Seeing the fire, Kalindi becomes frightened and leaves. Akash then asks Bindi and Jagriti to leave the area.
Kalindi rushes to Kalikant and tells him there is a fire in that part of the house. Kalikant reassures her and says he will check it out.
Akash quickly extinguishes the fire and clears up the evidence. When he hears Kalikant’s footsteps, he hides under the table. Kalikant inspects the area but finds nothing and leaves.
Kalikant returns to Kalindi and informs her that it was just a short circuit and nothing serious. Kalindi, still scared, asks if she can sleep in his room. Kalikant agrees.
When Ganga comes to sleep in the room, Kalindi complains that there is no space to move. Seeing this, Kalikant asks Ganga to sleep elsewhere. Ganga leaves the room and gets emotional, reflecting on her situation. Akash comforts her and wipes her tears.
Kalikant assures Kalindi that he will erase her fears the next day. Kalindi thanks him.
Meanwhile, Jagriti and Bindi overhear Inspector Singh telling Ballu that he must remain loyal to him to receive benefits. Inspector Singh then leaves.
The next day, Kalikant and Kalindi arrive at the shantytown and inform Durjan that they want to invoke Goddess Vandevi.
