Maati Se Bandhi Dor

Maati Se Bandhi Dor 10th January 2025 Written Update

The episode begins with Ranvijay and Vaiju engaged in a tense conversation. Ranvijay suggests that Vaiju will eventually understand him, but Vaiju, feeling frustrated, questions why she always has to be the one to understand him. Ranvijay reflects on why Vaiju is behaving differently, and soon realizes that he might be the reason for her change in attitude. Meanwhile, Kunal brings some special lights for Jaya, but she appears distant and preoccupied. Although Kunal tries to lighten the mood with jokes, Jaya, lost in her thoughts, mentions an invitation from Vaiju, Kaveri, and Kunal to celebrate Makar Sankranti at Moide Patil’s house. Kunal hesitates, but Jaya persuades him to go, and he finally agrees.

Later, Ranvijay enters his room to find Vaiju still awake. As the melancholic tune, “Agar Tum Saath Ho,” plays in the background, the tension between them becomes apparent. Kunal tries to cheer up Jaya by lighting up several lights, but she remains upset. Both Ranvijay and Vaiju end up sleeping with their backs turned to each other, highlighting the growing emotional distance between them.

At Moide Patil’s house, Rao Saheb makes a kite for Arhaan, explaining the joy of flying a kite. Sulekha and Ragini talk about their rangoli, confidently believing theirs will be the best. Vasundhara asks why Rao Saheb is making kites himself instead of buying them from the market, and Arhaan explains that his grandfather feels making kites adds more fun to the process. Meanwhile, Vaiju offers sesame ladoos to Vasundhara, who feeds Vaiju the first one and instructs her to distribute them. Vaiju gives one to Ranvijay but remains distant, not speaking to him. Ranvijay, noticing her silence, tries to offer her half of the ladoo in an attempt to reconcile, but Vaiju refuses to engage, leaving him confused about what went wrong.

Vasundhara then brings up the ritual of applying turmeric and vermillion to married women and asks Vaiju, as a newlywed, to perform it. As Vaiju begins, Jaya arrives and comments that she is neither married nor has a husband anymore. Vaiju invites her in, but Sulekha questions why Jaya and Kunal were invited. Vaiju asserts that it was her decision, subtly indicating to Ranvijay that she wanted them there. Jaya, in turn, mentions that they brought gifts for everyone. Vasundhara tells Vaiju and Ranvijay to participate in the puja, but Vaiju invites Jaya to join them. When Jaya hesitates, Ranvijay encourages her to stay for lunch and kite flying, since it’s a holiday. However, Vasundhara insists that only Vaiju and Ranvijay should sit for the puja.

During the ritual, Vaiju notices how Ranvijay keeps glancing at Jaya even while participating in the puja with her. When the priest asks Ranvijay to hold Vaiju’s hand, she hesitates and does not respond. At that moment, Jaya begins feeling unwell, and Ranvijay, concerned, rushes to her side, abandoning the puja. Kunal watches in shock as Ranvijay holds Jaya in his arms, but soon, Jaya regains consciousness, easing everyone’s worry.

Later, Rao Saheb mentions that they need to perform a play for the people of Bhoomipur. As part of the performance, Vaiju and Ranvijay are dressed as Krishna and Rukmini, with Vasundhara commenting on Ranvijay’s love for her.
