Jhanak 10th January 2025 Written Episode
The episode begins with Bipasha telling Tanuja that she and Lal can easily move to a new flat, unlike Tanuja’s situation. Tanuja reminds Bipasha of how well she has been taken care of and asks how she could forget that. Appu teases them about their argument, but Anjana asks Appu to stop and volunteers to serve the food. Lalon insists that if she serves, he will leave, and Tanuja and Bipasha refuse to do so. Shubh then asks if he should serve, but Lalon comments that the food isn’t tasty.
Anirudh remarks that Anjana was cooking just yesterday, so why can’t Tanuja cook now? Tanuja explains she’s never cooked in her life, prompting Anirudh to accuse her of just exploiting others. Anjana intervenes, urging him to calm down. Lalon, dissatisfied with the food, suggests everyone should eat together. Meanwhile, Bipasha tells Lal that she’ll go to her mother’s house if things continue like this and suggests they should move to a new flat. Lalon, however, demands they leave immediately. He challenges Tanuja, asking her what she will do. Bipasha stands up to Lalon, telling him not to cross his limits, but he scolds her, stating he’s the owner of most of the house, and if they want to stay, they must follow his rules.
Arshi enters and sarcastically asks if the drama is happening again. She suggests Anirudh hire a cook, as neither Tanuja nor Bipasha knows how to cook. Lalon dismisses the idea, saying no cook will work in his house and tells them to leave if they have a problem. He asks Arshi to make a decision with Shubh and Tanuja. Shubh comments that Lalon already controls everything. Lalon insists that Tanuja and Bipasha must learn to work. He even mentions that Tanuja’s family won’t accept her, making Tanuja snap at him to shut up. Lalon warns her not to talk to him that way in his house.
Anirudh hopes she’s doing well. Arshi suggests he should eat well to stay healthy, since no one will care for him if he gets sick. Meanwhile, at Vihaan’s house, his friends suggest he open a clinic there and settle. Akshar advises Vihaan to think it over. Vihaan, however, confides in Akshar about his personal issues. His friends also suggest he invite people from Kolkata for his muh dikhai ceremony, and Vihaan agrees. Vihaan then calls Anirudh, reminding him they were college mates. Anirudh recalls hearing Vihaan had settled in America. Vihaan reveals he’s back in India and invites Anirudh to visit his village. Anirudh explains that with his wife pregnant, traveling isn’t an option, but Vihaan insists he should bring her. Anirudh declines, mentioning his wife can’t travel, and Vihaan asks him to come anyway.
While on the phone with Anirudh, Vihaan’s mention of his name shocks Jhanak, who drops a vessel. Ketki scolds Jhanak for the accident, and Vihaan tries to explain that Jhanak is still learning. Sejal advises Jhanak to be more careful, as guests and Brahmins are expected to eat the food she prepared. Jhanak apologizes, but Ketki criticizes Vihaan for defending Jhanak, claiming she can’t match the standards of the other women in the house. Prachi comforts Jhanak, and Mehek suggests she rest before serving the guests.
Meanwhile, Anirudh scolds Aditya for not yet finding Jhanak, expressing his fear that he may never see her again. He questions whether Tejas is involved in her disappearance, but Aditya denies knowing anything about Tejas, though he confirms that Kul Bhushan is involved. Aditya reassures Anirudh that the police are doing their best. Anirudh, frustrated, wonders if Jhanak is alive and why she’s not calling. Aditya speculates that Jhanak may be trapped somewhere.
