Kumkum Bhagya 9th January 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode starts with RV telling Yug that he feels something is off. He notices the goon painter stopping the car to let an old lady cross the road. The painter asks if she wants to die. RV, angry, stops and gets out of the car. The painter pushes the lady, and RV catches her, asking the painter to apologize. The painter responds, asking if the lady is his mother. RV says she is someone’s mother and demands an apology, or else he will throw his car keys. The painter reluctantly apologizes and takes the keys from RV. He sits in the car and tells RV that he will settle the score with him, promising to return. RV is angry, but the painter drives off. Yug asks what happened, and RV says he has a feeling that something is wrong with Maa. Monisha calls him, informing him about Harleen’s accident. RV is shocked. Harman is also stunned to hear about the accident. Everyone asks what happened, and Harman replies that Harleen had an accident. Deepika asks where she is, and Harman says she is in City Hospital, then rushes there. Monisha pretends to be concerned as they take Harleen to the OT without filing an FIR. Poorvi is in tears. Dushyant tells the doctor to save her, as she’s like family. Monisha thanks Dushyant, and he tells her to act like she’s crying when RV arrives. Monisha says she’ll wait for RV first.
RV arrives at the hospital and shouts Maa. He rushes to the OT, but they pull him out. He insists on going inside. Dushyant says the treatment is ongoing. Monisha assures him, saying she is there and nothing will happen to her. She hugs him. Poorvi watches them quietly. RV sees Poorvi and says if anything happens to Maa… Poorvi tells him that he is Maa’s pride and urges him to stay strong for her. RV says his mother is his everything and that at one point, she was all he had. Poorvi reassures him, saying nothing will happen to Maa. RV replies that if anything happens to Maa, he will die. Poorvi firmly says that nothing will happen, and she is telling the truth. Monisha pretends to shed fake tears and questions if Poorvi is really speaking the truth.
She tells RV that Poorvi tried to kill Maa. RV is shocked. Dushyant thinks to himself that the real game is starting, and his daughter will win while the girl will lose. Everyone arrives at the hospital and rushes inside. Suddenly, Dadu suffers a heart attack. The nurse asks Harman and the others to turn back and calls for a doctor. Deepika goes to fetch water and sprinkles it on Dadu’s face.
The doctor arrives with a stretcher. RV asks Monisha if Poorvi has really tried to kill Maa. He demands clarification. Monisha says she can’t just silently listen to lies. RV asks her to be clear. Monisha explains that Poorvi is responsible for Harleen’s accident. She says Poorvi took her to the temple and then allowed her to leave alone, implying it was all planned. Yug defends Poorvi, but Monisha tells him to be quiet. RV doesn’t believe her either. Dushyant claims he saw Harleen crossing the road alone. Yug again defends Poorvi. Monisha asks RV if Harleen is his mother and presses him to ask Poorvi why Harleen was alone when she crossed the road. RV turns to Poorvi for answers.
The doctor informs everyone that Dadu didn’t suffer a heart attack but is under stress. He advises them to keep him away from stress. Jaswant tells Harman to go see Harleen, and he will stay behind. The doctor insists Harman go meet his wife. Monisha then confronts Poorvi, asking why she’s taking revenge on Harleen if it’s for Khushi. Poorvi asks why her sister is being brought into this. RV asks Yug to call Khushi. Yug calls, but RV ends the call quickly, saying Poorvi can’t do such a thing. Monisha insists she’s not lying, claiming that Harleen is like a mother to her and that she will bring proof. She assures RV that he will regret not believing her. She says she’s sure Poorvi has some hidden agenda.
Everyone gathers, and Monisha tells them that RV isn’t agreeing with her, but he will regret it. She says Poorvi tried to kill Harleen and will bring the pandit or witnesses to prove her involvement. She walks away. Deepika says she now doubts Poorvi’s intentions. Harman says he doesn’t believe it. Dushyant says that soon, they will all believe it when the truth comes out, adding that it all happened because of Poorvi. Poorvi denies it, asking why she would do such a thing. Deepika then expresses her doubts about Poorvi’s involvement.
