Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 9th September 2024 Written Update
The Mittal family brings Deepika to their home. As they approach the door, Saloni stops Deepika from entering. Chirag asks what’s going on. Payal explains that before a new bhabhi can enter, she has to give an “entry tax” to her sister-in-law. Both Saloni and Payal demand money. Chirag, caught off guard, says he doesn’t have any money since they had to change in a rush. Prithvi steps in and gives the money to them, allowing them to welcome Deepika. Chirag expresses how much he missed everyone at his wedding. Ashutosh and Neelima then present a beautiful necklace to Deepika as shagun. Deepika, though hesitant, accepts it and thanks them. Ashutosh helps her put it on. Lavanya, watching from her room, frowns. Deepika prepares a herbal remedy and hands it to Chirag, asking him to give it to Lavanya to help with her headache.
Meanwhile, Jahnvi makes lemonade for herself and complains to Shobha that her hangover still hasn’t gone away. She grumbles about having to do everything herself. Shobha responds that Deepika is not here to act as her maid, and now she must manage her own chores. Manorama, curious, asks Shobha about Jahnvi and Prithvi’s wedding plans. Shobha says she’s been messaging Lavanya twice a day, trying to convince her for the wedding, but Jahnvi isn’t putting in any effort. Manorama tells Jahnvi she should take a lesson from Deepika, who married into a wealthy family and will soon start her life as a new bride at the Mittal house. She adds that Deepika will soon become a mother. Shobha, annoyed, says she’ll curse Deepika and force her to persuade Lavanya to agree to Jahnvi and Prithvi’s marriage. Jahnvi, frustrated, mutters that she’ll ruin Deepika’s first night.
Chirag, trying to console Lavanya, gets emotional. Lavanya advises him to focus on his post-wedding traditions. Chirag lays his head in her lap, and though Lavanya softens, she hides her emotions. When Prithvi calls for Chirag, Lavanya tells him to go. Chirag gives Lavanya a herbal tea to help with her headache but accidentally mentions Deepika’s name. Annoyed, Lavanya instructs the maid to throw the tea into a plant pot after Chirag leaves. While Chirag and Deepika participate in the traditional ring-finding game, Deepika wins. Lavanya suspects Chirag let her win. Later, Ashutosh conducts a family ritual where they shake a chain with a ring to predict whether Deepika will have a baby boy or girl. Chirag feels uncomfortable, but Deepika convinces him to go along for the family’s sake. Neelima then suggests that Chirag and Deepika retire for the night. Prithvi jokes that they’ll be awake all night and, along with Saloni, escorts them to their room. Neelima tells Ashutosh that it’s been a long time since they’ve seen so much happiness in the house.
Prithvi and Saloni tease Chirag, refusing to leave the room. Chirag, feeling embarrassed, asks them to go. Deepika thanks Prithvi for saving her life when Lavanya destroyed the outhouse. Prithvi, feeling guilty, says he regrets not helping her more before. Deepika reassures him, saying that he couldn’t marry Jahnvi because of her, but she will try to mend things between them. Prithvi, delighted, hugs her and leaves. He calls Jahnvi to tell her the good news, but Jahnvi, who’s driving towards Chirag’s hospital, dismisses his call, thinking she’ll never marry a loser and will ensure Deepika doesn’t enjoy her first night.
As Chirag gets close to Deepika, Jahnvi, disguised as a nurse, calls him and claims that one of his patients is in critical condition. Chirag rushes to the hospital, only to find that the patient is stable. He angrily confronts his staff, who deny calling him. The watchman shows him CCTV footage of two suspects wearing hoodies, making the call from the reception area. Meanwhile, Lavanya catches Jahnvi and her friend and confronts Jahnvi about her scheme. Jahnvi admits she despises Deepika and couldn’t bear to see her enjoying her first night as a bride. She offers to help Lavanya get rid of Deepika. Lavanya, intrigued, makes a deal with Jahnvi, agreeing to let her use her bungalow and enjoy luxuries if she helps remove Deepika from Chirag’s life. Lavanya then walks towards her car.
