Bhagya Lakshmi 7th January 2025 Written Update
The episode begins with Dadi praying to God, asking Him to handle everything. She says, “I don’t know what to do, how has this happened?” Karishma comes and sits beside Dadi. She says that she is feeling guilty and Anushka’s words are echoing in her mind. “How dare she say all that? I regret choosing her for Ayush,” she says. “We have always treated her well, but she lied to us and accused us. She didn’t spare Neelam Bhabhi or you. I can’t forget that.” Dadi responds, saying that they should forget the past and focus on making sure such things don’t happen again. She asks Karishma to be there for her son, as Ayush has been going through so much in his marriage and wasn’t happy. Karishma apologizes and hugs Dadi. Dadi reminds her that a parent’s responsibility never ends, even when their children grow up. Karishma nods, and Dadi says that they must understand their children better to avoid such issues in the future. Karishma hugs Dadi.
At the hospital, the light flickers, and the nurse tells the ward boy to check it, saying she will call the electrician. Neel enters and asks the nurse about Lakshmi Oberoi’s room number. She asks who he is, and he threatens her, saying, “If you don’t tell me, you will regret it for the rest of your life.” The nurse says it’s room number 5. Neel thanks her and walks away, but bumps into Ayush. Ayush looks at him and feels like he recognizes his face. AJ calls Ayush and informs him that the kidnapper is in the hospital. Ayush asks if he’s been shot, and AJ replies that he needs to prepare a report about the information they received. Ayush asks the kidnapper’s name, and AJ tells him it’s Neel. Ayush immediately runs after him.
The doctor asks Lakshmi if she is awake and informs her that the report results are quite surprising. Lakshmi inquires about Rishi and everyone else, asking for Shalu specifically. The doctor reassures her that her baby is fine. Lakshmi says, “I know my baby is fine.” The doctor says that Rishi didn’t know about it either, so they gave the report to another doctor who will inform Rishi. Lakshmi insists that she doesn’t want anyone to know about her pregnancy due to the problems in her marriage. The doctor says that if she had known, she wouldn’t have done this, and explains that Neelam and Malishka had come and taken the report. Lakshmi pleads with the doctor to stop them, saying that neither Rishi nor anyone else should know.
Neelam and Kiran bring Malishka to the hospital, who is pretending to have abdominal cramps. Rishi arrives and says he has spoken to the senior doctor. Kiran tells him that Malishka is stressed due to Lakshmi, making Rishi feel guilty. Rishi asks when they can meet the doctor. The nurse says the doctor will come here. Lakshmi tells the doctor that she doesn’t want anyone to know about the pregnancy. The doctor informs her that she had already informed the nurse, who must have taken the report from them. Lakshmi becomes dizzy and tells the doctor to stop Rishi from taking the file. The doctor asks her to stop the senior doctor and shows Lakshmi a photo of the doctor. The senior doctor arrives and says he wants to give the good news to Rishi. He mentions that he enjoys seeing parents’ first reactions to becoming parents.
Shalu notices Neel as he bumps into her and runs after him. She finds Ayush and tells him about Neel. Ayush signals her to sit down, then throws a tray at Neel, which Neel catches. He then distracts them and pushes Ayush away before running off.
Rishi says the doctor has arrived. The senior doctor comes to give the report to Rishi when the nurse informs her that there is a call for her. Dr. Mehra goes to answer the call. Lakshmi, curious, asks someone about Dr. Mehra. Dr. Mehra tells Rishi that she wants to provide information about Lakshmi’s report. Malishka acts as if she’s feeling pain. Neelam urges the doctor to check Malishka. The doctor agrees but says that she first needs to talk about Lakshmi’s report. She tells them that the report is positive and says Lakshmi is… Ayush and Neel rush in, running out of the room. Rishi chases Neel. Lakshmi pleads with Dr. Mehra to check on Malishka, as she is feeling pain. The doctor agrees and goes to check Malishka. Lakshmi thanks God for saving her. She looks at the report, feeling relieved but thinking she can’t share this good news with anyone. The song “Main Phir Bhi Tumko Chahungi” plays in the background as she sheds tears.
