Deepika, concerned, tells her father that this might create further misunderstandings between Chirag and his mother. Yashwant advises Deepika to stand by her husband, reminding her that he needs her support. Meanwhile, Janvi warns Deepika to stay cautious and avoid being backstabbed by anyone.
One of the reporters asks Chirag about his wife’s complexion, mentioning that it’s rumored his mother disapproves of darker skin. Chirag firmly replies that his wife’s smile is beautiful and blames the media for spreading false rumors. He encourages them to ask his mother directly, emphasizing that she’s not upset with her children. Lavanya, when confronted, admits to the media that there are no misunderstandings between her and her children. Omkar suggests taking a brief break from the media and thanks Chirag for handling the situation, but Lavanya criticizes Chirag and his wife for supposedly spreading the rumors.
Chirag defends Deepika, reminding Lavanya that Deepika is also family, just like her. Payal tells Lavanya that Chirag had no other choice but to handle the situation as he did. The press also expresses interest in knowing more about Lavanya’s daughter-in-law. Prithvi comments that Chirag saved Lavanya from further scrutiny, but Chirag insists that Prithvi shouldn’t disrespect his mother. Lavanya asserts that no one can force her to be helpless. Meanwhile, preparations for the *Grah Pravesh* ceremony for Deepika and Chirag begin. Lavanya is still upset, but Chirag attempts to convince her. Lavanya, frustrated, tells Chirag that today he has proven himself as her son. She then hands over responsibility to Neelima, saying she is too tired to continue. Neelima welcomes Deepika and Chirag, performing the *Grah Pravesh* ritual. The couple enters the house and takes the blessings of Omkar, Ashu, and Neelima. Deepika expresses her desire to receive blessings from Chirag’s mother as well. Chirag approaches Lavanya, asking her to bless both of them, but Lavanya only blesses Chirag, ignoring Deepika. Holding Deepika’s hand, Chirag still takes her blessings.
Prithvi accuses Chirag of playing a game with them, but Omkar interjects, reminding Prithvi that rituals are not a game. Deepika makes an effort to speak with Lavanya, even apologizing to her. Lavanya coldly responds that she doesn’t know Deepika well and makes it clear that whatever happens next will be on her terms.
