Nitya contacts the contract killer Kailash and instructs him to kill Meera, telling him to enter the house disguised as a plumber. She sends him Meera’s photo for identification. Kailash introduces himself as a plumber and gains entry to the house. He attempts to attack Meera, but Kaashvi intervenes just in time to save her. Meera, shocked, asks Kaashvi how she knew she was in danger. Kaashvi recalls overhearing Nitya’s conversation with Kailash, which tipped her off. Kaashvi then attacks Kailash, rendering him unconscious, and reassures Meera that she’s safe now.
Meera, feeling guilty, realizes that she has developed feelings for Arjun but decides she can’t reveal this to anyone. She thanks Kaashvi for saving her life and asks about Kailash, expressing confusion since she doesn’t have any enemies. Kaashvi informs Meera that it was Nitya who sent Kailash to kill her. She also reveals that she had witnessed Nitya mixing something into Meera’s kheer the previous day but didn’t mention it because she lacked evidence. Today, by following Nitya, she uncovered the entire plan.
Meera, feeling remorseful, admits that she had come between Kaashvi and Arjun, yet Kaashvi still saved her. Kaashvi tells Meera to leave the past behind, and Meera resolves to reunite Kaashvi and Arjun. Kaashvi calls the police and warns Meera not to tell anyone about Nitya’s involvement, as they still don’t have any solid proof.
Later, Nitya arrives at the house and is shocked to see Meera alive. The police inspector splashes water on Kailash, bringing him back to consciousness. Nitya silently hopes that Kailash won’t mention her name. The police inspector questions Kailash about his motives for trying to kill Meera and roughs him up, but Kailash remains silent. Frustrated, the inspector takes Kailash away. Kaashvi advises Meera to stay safe and leaves. Meera, still pondering the situation, thinks she needs to understand why Karun harbors such hatred for Kaashvi.
Later, Meera confronts Karun and asks him why he despises Kaashvi. Karun explains everything, revealing that he believes Kaashvi tried to drive a wedge between him and Arjun, which is why he hates her. Meera asks if he’s certain that Kaashvi said all those things to Nitya. Karun insists he is, but Meera, sensing there’s more to the story, tells him to calm down. She privately doubts Kaashvi would have acted that way.
The next day, Nitya approaches Mahima and asks her for a favor: to ensure that Kailash is released. Mahima immediately realizes that Nitya hired Kailash to attack Meera and taunts her. Nitya instructs Mahima to use Mahendra’s influence to get Kailash out of trouble. Mahima tells Nitya that it won’t be easy, but Nitya threatens to expose everything to Mahendra if Mahima refuses to help. Reluctantly, Mahima agrees. Romila, who has overheard the conversation, quietly slips away.
Mahima ultimately refuses to help Nitya, but after being threatened, she caves in. Meanwhile, Meera meets with Dadi and shares what she has learned about why Karun despises Kaashvi. Dadi, sensing something suspicious, remarks that there’s more to this than meets the eye.
