Jagriti 8th December 2024 Written Episode Update

The episode begins with Amol searching his phone for video call history, recordings, or videos, but he doesn’t find anything. He wonders what Akash could have done with his phone. Gita recalls calling for an ambulance. She sees Amol’s phone and deletes the video call history, wiping the fingerprints from his face. She thinks to herself that this is about her daughter, and as a mother, she will protect her at all costs. She is both Devki and Yashoda, and Amol will have to face her. The flashback ends. Gita sees Jaggu standing outside the window, relieved that Amol is fine. She thanks God. Gita smiles. Sapna asks why she’s smiling, and Gita responds that daughters are a blessing, adding that Sapna took care of her and then of her father. Jaggu hears this and thinks that nothing will happen to her mother. Gita quietly resolves to expose Kalikant and Amol soon, and accept Jaggu. Kalikant enters the room and greets her. He comments that first she was attacked, and now Amol, and asks her to ward off any bad sight. Gita says the truth will soon be revealed. She tells Sapna to come with her and intentionally drops her phone, sliding it under the bed. Jaggu, hidden nearby, thinks of leaving to tell Baba that Amol is fine. She is about to leave when she hears Kalikant telling Amol that he doesn’t deserve to be called “Babu.” Amol retorts, saying that people consider him a tiger, not a coward. Kalikant grabs him by the hair and tells him that the Chittas regard him as their God because he protects them and their women. He warns Amol that he will not tolerate any disrespect to their women, even from him. Amol asks what to do next. Kalikant reveals that Gita has learned from her senior judge that someone tried to kill her. Amol is surprised and asks how Kalikant knew. Kalikant replies that he is part of the system, and the news has spread.

Sapna asks when they will leave. Solanki says they will leave once her father is well. Sapna insists they will take Papa with them, as it’s not a safe place. Gita looks at her parents and remembers their lies. She tells Sapna they won’t leave Mokshgarh and will stay until she gets answers to her questions. Solanki asks what she means, and Gita firmly responds that she is saying what she should have said earlier. Jaggu hears this. Amol tells Kalikant that Akash was with Jaggu and advises him to be strict with her and ask her who she was talking to. Kalikant says he has been strict with her, but if he is too harsh, she might rebel. Kalikant asks who brought Amol here. Amol answers that Gita brought him in an ambulance. Kalikant deduces that Gita must have deleted the evidence and brought him here, which means she is starting to think for herself and may want to get rid of Amol. Amol says he also knows the law, and he will kill her before she uncovers the truth. Jaggu is horrified.

Gita comes out and wonders where Jaggu has gone, hoping no one saw her. Jaggu arrives at the Ram temple and vows that no one will harm her mother. She promises to protect her mother at any cost. Gita arrives there and asks if Jaggu is okay. Jaggu says she was worried for her. Gita assures her that she knows everything, including how Amol tried to kill her and defame her. Jaggu is surprised to learn that Gita is aware of the situation. Gita thinks to herself that she loves Jaggu very much.

Gita declares that soon she will tell the world that Jaggu is her daughter. Jaggu says she overheard Sarkar and Amol discussing their plan to kill her. Gita replies that she knew Jaggu would never let anything happen to her. They both pray to God.

Ballu complains that this family has brought disgrace to their basti. He asks Bindi if she isn’t ashamed. Nanda blames it on the SP for influencing her. Akash arrives with his bag, and Nanda asks if Sarkar sent anything for Bindi. Kachori asks if Sarkar sent something for Bindi Mausi. Akash says it’s just his clothes. She asks if he came to give his clothes. Akash explains that he has come to stay there and insists they call him Akash, not Nanhe Sarkar. Ballu asks Durjan to say something, warning that Sarkar’s wrath will fall upon them. Akash responds that if they don’t let him stay, he will move into the jungle. Nanda urges Durjan to send him back before trouble arises. Jaggu arrives and stops Akash.
