Mera Balam Thanedaar 26th November 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Bulbul narrating the story in a storytelling manner on the projector screen, explaining that their search was complete when the King found his son, Vansh. She switches on the light and mentions that she made this video to show the DNA report tomorrow. Vardhan says a father’s first duty is to protect his children and give them a good life, but he admits that he failed. He tells Vansh that he always prayed to Shri Ram ji to reunite him with his son, and the God answered his prayers, bringing him to him now. He tells Sulakshana that Vansh is her son, and that 27 years ago, it wasn’t Chandrakant’s son who was kidnapped, but their own son. Sulakshana is emotional and cries. Veer is stunned, his eyes teary. He recalls Bulbul’s words and stumbles in shock. Vayu, Vishesh, and Bulbul quickly support him. Sulakshana touches Vansh and hugs him, saying, “Vansh, my son…” Vansh pushes her away and says, “I am no one’s son.” Veer, Vayu, Vishesh, and Vardhan try to console Sulakshana. Drishti thinks to herself that a new chapter has begun.
Vardhan asks Vansh if they cannot start anew. Vansh claps sarcastically and says that the father who separated his own son for someone else’s child is now begging for a fresh start. He goes on to say that when your dear son ate golden food from his mother’s hands, I was begging on the streets. When you were fulfilling your duties as a father and caring for Veer, I was begging for a mother while suffering from a fever. And when Veer rested in his mother’s lap, I was freezing to death outside. Veer folds his hands and says that their father is not a bad man, and it was not his fault. Vansh laughs mockingly and asks, “What did you just say? ‘Our father?’” He says, “Veer was throwing me out just 30 minutes ago, and now he’s calling it ‘ours.’” He says nothing belongs to them anymore. Veer says, “Yes.”
Vansh asserts that this father, mother, and family are all his now, and their destiny is his as well. He tells Veer that when he wasn’t around, Veer became ACP, and that the life Veer has lived here was a favor, not a right. He says that Veer is indebted to him and calls him Veer Pratap Singh, adding that he is no longer a Singh. Bulbul says that her thanedar sa (Veer’s father) and Maasa and Baba sa’s son have never differentiated between their children, and that they now have four sons.
Vansh says she talks too much and reminds her of his words when they first met — that one day, their fates would swap. He declares that Veer is now nothing but an orphan, while he is the true son of this house. He says he doesn’t want ACP in the house and pushes Veer out. Bulbul tries to intervene, telling Vansh that Veer has always been a good son and brother. Vansh says the DNA report has exposed Veer’s true worth and place. He says Veer will now live where he should have lived 27 years ago. He pushes Veer out and orders him to leave. Sulakshana steps in, holding Veer’s hand and tells Vansh that Veer will not leave. She says, “Veer is my son — was, is, and always will be.” She adds that even God can’t change that. Sulakshana tells Veer that she will be his mother, always. She says she will fight for him and will always be his Yashoda Maiyya. Veer cries and embraces her, then hugs Vardhan. Vishesh, Vayu, and the others also hug Veer. Vansh stands in disbelief, thinking they have abandoned him and are now trying to bring him back. Drishti notes that Mummy ji has now become the family’s mother. Vansh tells them that if this is their decision, he has his own. He says if this “dirty blood” stays in the house, he will leave. Veer is shocked. Vansh walks out of the house.
Sulakshana tells Vardhan that she can never forgive him for this and says she wants her son back. Veer follows Vansh outside and pleads with him to stay. He says he cannot bear to see their mother in tears. Vansh, though, thinks that as an ACP, Veer will stay here to carry out his criminal activities. Veer asks him not to leave the family. Vansh thinks that this family will serve as a stepping stone for all his plans. Bulbul joins them and begs Vansh not to leave. Veer folds his hands before him, pleading for him to stay. Vansh taunts him, saying he should apologize more, making him feel even guiltier, adding that he is inviting the biggest trouble into the house. He grabs Veer’s hand. Bulbul follows behind, along with Veer and Vansh.
Vansh turns 360 degrees, smiling. Sulakshana asks Varnika to bring the puja thaali and says both sons will enter together. She does Vansh’s aarti first, then Veer’s, and applies tilak to both. She says today is their birthday and that she will perform Annaprashana for both. Vayu agrees with her. Vansh hugs Sulakshana, hiding his true intentions behind his smile. Bulbul grows suspicious and wonders what is really going on in his mind.
