Deepika plans to visit Chirag’s medical camp to appease the angry Chirag. Lavanya comments that Chirag is more stubborn than her and will not agree. However, Deepika shows her confidence. Lavanya then asks Prithvi to accompany Deepika and make sure Chirag doesn’t lash out at her. Prithvi jokes that he’s got a leading role for the first time and assures Lavanya that he will take care of Deepika.
Chirag briefs his colleagues about their duties at the camp. Deepika, along with Prithvi, walks up to him. Chirag asks what she’s doing here, as she needs to rest during her pregnancy. Deepika replies that she came to volunteer at the camp. Prithvi then places a volunteer badge on both himself and her. Chirag urges Deepika to rest, but she insists on helping him. Mishka scowls at Deepika.
Omkar thanks Lavanya for accepting Deepika and her baby so wholeheartedly. Lavanya shares her concern with Omkar about Chirag’s growing frustration with Deepika and hopes things will settle soon. Back at the camp, Deepika suddenly feels dizzy. Chirag rushes to her side, showing his concern, which makes Mishka scowl even more.
Mishka accesses Siddharth’s medical records and finds out that he has cancer. She calls him from the hospital’s landline, pretending to be a nurse, and tells him that the doctor wants to meet him at a camp immediately. Siddharth arrives at the camp, where Mishka’s puppet nurse talks to him about taking his chemotherapy on time. Deepika overhears this and starts crying. Siddharth tries to comfort her. Chirag notices and feels jealous. In his anger, he injures his hand.
Deepika grows concerned and tries to bandage his wound, but Chirag erupts with anger, telling her to leave if she’s only come to meet her friend. Prithvi steps in and confronts Chirag for being rude to Deepika. Chirag storms off to his cabin, where Mishka deceives him by showing divorce papers, making him believe that Deepika wants a divorce. Chirag is devastated as he looks at the papers. Mishka urges him to publicly declare that the baby isn’t his and to divorce Deepika. Chirag, heartbroken, says that if Deepika wants a divorce, it’s her decision, but he took vows in front of the fire and doesn’t want their marriage to end. Mishka stands fuming, listening to his words.
