Jahnvi accuses Deepika of causing the death of her baby and stealing her spotlight. She threatens to ruin Deepika’s life and make her lose everything. Chirag overhears this and warns Jahnvi to stay away from Deepika or he will reveal her malicious intentions to the family. Later, Deepika goes to the hospital with Neelima for her regular pregnancy checkup. Mishka questions why she booked an appointment with another gynecologist when Deepika is the best. Deepika replies that she didn’t want to disturb the best gynecologist for just a routine visit and walks off, leaving Mishka frustrated.

Mishka then goes to Siddharth’s house and finds out he has gone to the temple. After her checkup, Deepika also heads to the temple. Mishka arrives at the temple and, spotting Deepika, calls the hospital to inform the nurse that her father, a patient of Dr. Chirag, had suffered a heart attack near the temple and asks to send Chirag there immediately. Deepika prays to protect her baby, whom she calls Laddu, and is content when she sees Siddharth there, smiling and chatting with him. Chirag arrives at the temple to attend to the supposed patient and is disappointed to find Deepika with Siddharth.

Back at home, Lavanya shows Chirag’s childhood clothes and toys to Deepika, sharing an emotional connection with her. Siddharth, feeling upset, returns to the hospital. Mishka secretly bribes a peon to place pictures of Deepika and Siddharth on Chirag’s desk. When Chirag returns to the hospital, Mishka presents the photos, making him believe that Deepika is having an affair with Siddharth and that the baby she’s carrying belongs to him. Chirag panics, feeling betrayed by Deepika. Mishka calls her lawyer to prepare divorce papers for Chirag and Deepika. Deepika overhears the conversation and calls Mishka out, standing shocked to see her.
