The episode begins with Abhira expressing that she would have been happy to choose the baby’s name herself but feels uneasy, thinking Ruhi might make a mistake. Armaan reassures her, saying not to worry, and suggests thinking of a cute pet name for the baby. Abhira agrees, saying they’ll find a good name. Dadi enters and asks Abhira to bring tulsi leaves for the naming ceremony. Manish notices a man following their car. Surekha points out that it’s the same man. Swarna becomes anxious, suggesting they call the police, but Manish advises her to ignore him, assuring that he’ll leave.

Abhira asks Charu about the Verma land case, and Charu mentions it’s complicated and asks her to come to the office for help. Dadi interrupts, saying work should not come before the baby. Abhira insists that she has already made notes to help and offers them to Charu. Charu thanks her and leaves. Abhira tells Dadi that she enjoys handling BSP but also misses working in the office. Dadi scolds her, reminding her that being a mother is a big responsibility and that she should focus on her baby, lest she feel guilty or embarrassed for being a careless mom. Abhira listens attentively.

Manish arrives at the Poddar house. The man follows and honks his horn. Manish steps out of the car, confronting the man, who says he came to take something that belongs to him. They exchange packets, and the man leaves. Abhira sees Manish and asks who the man was. Manish dismisses it, claiming that their orders got swapped at the showroom, and the man just came to return the package. Abhira remains suspicious and asks if he’s hiding anything. Manish reassures her, and they head inside. Abhira decides to get the tulsi leaves. She continues to feel something is off.

Dadi performs aarti, lighting a diya and playing the shank. The family joins in, singing and dancing to the tune of “To Naam Rakhdo.” Rohit looks at the nurse, visibly anxious. Abhira takes the baby from Ruhi, who is eagerly waiting to reveal the name. Kajal urges Ruhi to share the name, but Abhira asks for a moment. She says that now she has a big family, and BSP is truly lucky. Armaan adds that both parents and family are crucial for the baby. Abhira says that while time may change, one thing remains constant—nothing is more important than family. Rohit receives a message, which makes him tense.

Abhira suggests they all make a wish and place a silver coin in a wishing well to donate to the needy. Kajal loves the idea. Dadi makes her wish and drops the coin into the bowl, followed by Vidya and others. Rohit quietly wishes that all the baby’s happiness should come to him, and any sorrow should be his instead. He notices the nurse again, becoming even more worried. He drops the coin, but Armaan catches it, reassuring Rohit. Rohit, still uneasy, goes after the nurse, wondering where she went. Meanwhile, Abhira wards off the baby’s evil eye as Ruhi’s coin falls out of the bowl. Rohit calls the nurse, who tells him that his stress could raise his blood pressure. She says she’s concerned for her own family and urges him to help. She threatens to expose the truth about the baby. Rohit looks toward Vidya, and the nurse quickly leaves. Rohit covers it up and leaves with Vidya.

Ruhi announces that it’s time to reveal the baby’s name. She asks everyone to pull a string, and balloons filled with names will shower down. Abhira and Armaan pull the string together, and everyone eagerly watches the balloons. As the names appear, Ruhi nervously looks at their reaction. Abhira smiles warmly and praises Ruhi, saying she loves the name and that it’s perfect. Ruhi, however, seems shocked when she sees the name on her balloon—Daksh. Armaan smiles and repeats the name, “Daksh.”
