Anupama 20th November 2024 Written Update

The episode begins with Baa stating that Ishu considers herself a heroine and a celebrity, but when it came time to show her talent, she backed off. Pakhi says, “Baa,” and Dolly adds that they’re upset about their rivals’ success, mentioning that Ansh, Pari, and Ishani were ousted, while Mahi, Prem, and Rahi reached the finals. Toshu jokingly asks Baa what flower she had given them to cause the ousting. Baa tells them not to blame her. Pakhi suggests she didn’t pray with a sincere heart. Kinjal counters, saying that Mummy’s prayer was much stronger than theirs. Toshu remarks that laddoo gopal listened to Mummy’s prayers, not theirs. Baa asks why they didn’t pray for their own children. Toshu responds that she should have scolded God as well. Pakhi says they were busy and that she should have prayed better. Dolly then questions whom Mummy will pray for—Rahi or Mahi. Toshu says Mummy won’t support Rahi, as she would go back to Dwarka if Rahi wins. Kinjal adds that Mummy would defeat Rahi if she lost too. Baa says they should go and see Anupama’s loss, adding that if Ansh, Ishu, and Pari were in the finals, they would have been there to support them. Pakhi and Toshu agree to support Mahi, and they mention how they will get money from her. Kinjal says Mahi will give the money to Mummy. Pakhi suggests that Mummy could then do charity. Dolly says they should manipulate Mahi.

Rahi hangs the dupatta, preparing her dress. Anupama comes in and notices the dress falling, saving it. Aadhya misunderstands her, asking if she meant to burn it. Rahi then talks about winning the competition, taking home the trophy, and giving her a cheque for 10 lakhs. She mentions that even her bag is ready. Anupama feels a little sad. Prem notices her mood.

Baa, Pakhi, Kinjal, Toshu, and Dolly ask Mahi to sit. Baa tells her that they are sorry for being upset when Ansh, Ishu, and Mahi didn’t make it to the finals, but they’re happy for her success. Pakhi says they will support her. Kinjal apologizes for venting their frustration on her. Toshu tells her she’s like Pari to them. Baa says that Rahi and Prem are outsiders, but Mahi is family. She promises that if Mahi wins, she’ll give laddoos to everyone and tell them her granddaughter won. Mahi smiles happily. Anupama watches this exchange, feeling sad for her.

Mahi collides with Rahi, and Aadhya questions her for not looking where she’s going. Mahi responds that it’s Aadhya’s fault. Rahi tells her to stay focused on the competition. Mahi says she is, and then adds that she wants to call Anudi “Maa” and become her daughter, but Rahi won’t allow it. She wishes Rahi would leave so there could be peace in Anudi’s life and home. Rahi responds that she’ll leave after winning. Mahi retorts that she can’t win without her mother’s blessings, but she will win and use her prize money to help Rahi leave. Rahi tells Mahi to be careful and says she doesn’t need charity. Mahi claims her family’s support and says she will win. Rahi, on the other hand, says she doesn’t need anyone’s support to win. The two challenge each other, vowing to win.

Ansh is playing the piano on his phone when Rahi approaches him. She tells him she’s nervous for the finals and asks if he will support her. Ansh asks why he should, since she had called him just a competitor. He tells her she makes and breaks relationships as she likes, and he’s not like Anu Maa, who forgets her hurt. He reminds her that he won’t tolerate anyone hurting Anu Maa. He says when you don’t value relationships, they won’t value you either. He warns her to stop hurting Anu Maa, and tells her to leave. He says that his whole family, including him, will support Mahi, who brings happiness and love to others, unlike Rahi, who spreads pain. He declares that he will drop Rahi at the Dwarka bus stand, and this time no one will stop her. Rahi walks away with teary eyes. Ansh also has tears in his eyes.

Rahi goes to the cowshed, feeling unwell. She takes some medicine, thinking she cannot afford to get sick. Anupama approaches her and says she needs to talk to her.

Rahi starts her countdown. Anupama reminds her that tomorrow is the finals. Rahi says she doesn’t want anything from her. Anupama tells her that these ghungroos were given to her by her Papa. She says they carry his love, and asks her to accept them as a gift from her father. She adds that she’s giving one ghungroo to her and the other to Mahi, as Mahi is also her daughter. She says she’s blessed all her children equally. Prem comes out and overhears the conversation. Anupama explains that if Rahi wants, she can wear it, feeling her Papa’s blessings with her.

Anupama enters the house, and Mahi asks if she gave the ghungroo to Rahi, hoping for her to win. Anupama takes the ghungroo and gives it to Mahi. Prem, Pakhi, and Ishani watch. Anupama explains that she gave ghungroos to both Rahi and Mahi. Mahi is touched. Anupama says that no one can take the other’s place. These ghungroos are precious because they were given by Anuj, and she will support both Rahi and Mahi, praying for both of them. She says it all depends on their performance. Pakhi tells Anupama that the family will support Mahi, but she has something else planned. Prem tells Anupama that Rahi will wear the ghungroo. Anupama agrees that if she does, it will be a step toward ending the distance between them. She asks him to sleep, and Prem wishes her goodnight.

Both Rahi and Mahi hold their ghungroos. Anupama looks at the stormy night and wonders why such a weatherless storm has come. She steps outside and sees Aadhya standing there. Anupama reflects that both of her daughters think she loves the other. She believes that if Prem wins, the problem will be resolved. However, she also knows that no matter who wins or loses, she will be blamed. As she watches, the cowshed roof falls toward Rahi. Anupama rushes to protect her, taking the impact on her back. She recalls little Choti running to her. A song plays in the background. Rahi wakes up and asks if Anupama is okay. Anupama reassures her, saying she’s fine. She explains that the storm was fierce, so she brought Kaveri inside. Anupama asks Rahi to go inside and sleep. Rahi thanks her for saving her, mentioning the finals tomorrow. Anupama feels the pain from the fall but doesn’t tell anyone.
