Jhanak 18th November 2024 Written Episode
The episode begins with Jhanak saying, “You are married, Arshi is your wife, she must be worried and needs you. You have to handle this situation.” Anirudh replies, “No, I just want to talk to you.” Brij looks on silently. Anirudh urges her not to go. She asks, “Did you even ask what I want?” He refuses to leave, saying, “I know you’re worried, and you knew everything, which is why you wore Nutan’s mask. Come with me, I’ll handle everything. I’ll stay with you if you need me.” She says, “No, just leave.” Brij interjects, “Go back today, give Jhanak some space.” Anirudh responds, “Sorry, I’m leaving today, but I’ll come back tomorrow.”
Shrishti tells Arshi to try to save her marriage. Vinayak says, “Two partners need to put in effort. I wanted our family to stay intact, but you didn’t want that. See how everything has fallen apart. Where will you go now? This is my house, and I won’t let you stay here.” Arshi asks, “Where will I go?” He replies, “You figure that out. Clean your name first, then think about coming back.” Brij says, “You won’t return until Jhanak is ready.” Anirudh insists, “No, this can’t happen. What’s my mistake? Please, don’t make me leave.” Jhanak firmly says, “Go home now.” They argue. He cries, “You’re standing right in front of me, but you don’t love me. Answer me honestly.” She says, “I’ve already told you.” She leaves. Anirudh says, “I love her so much.” Brij says, “I know, but love teaches sacrifice. You’re already married, and Jhanak loves you too, but she won’t break your home. Go to your wife.” Anirudh says, “You all want to keep me away from Jhanak. I trust my love.” He walks out. Arshi says, “You can’t make my mom leave at night.” Vinayak replies, “Fine, she can stay, but she won’t talk to me.”
Arshi says, “I’ll clean the guestroom for you; that’s where you can stay.” Shrishti begins to cry. Arshi says, “I have to go to Anirudh. I don’t know how I will face him.” Vinayak responds, “It’s not my fault, it’s because of your mom’s actions. I can drop you there.” She declines, saying, “I’ll handle this myself.” Shrishti adds, “The truth will come out, and Vinayak will apologize to me.” He replies, “I’ll wait. I’ll be the happiest person if I’m wrong, but I know that won’t happen. Brij is alive, Jhanak is alive, and you won’t get anything. We’ll meet in court. Go to the guestroom now.” Shrishti leaves. Arshi says, “I’ll leave now.” She departs.
Arshi returns home. Anirudh asks, “Where were you?” She replies, “Can’t you guess?” They begin to argue. He blames Shrishti for wronging Jhanak. She responds, “But you loved me.” He says, “Yes, I loved you, but now I love Jhanak. Our lives became complicated because your mom played a big role in it.” She asks, “Did I do this?” He says, “No, you’re not that bad. The law will prove Shrishti wrong, and I’m with Jhanak now.” She says, “You did wrong by me.” He asks, “What did I do? You all cheated me. Did Shrishti tell you that she had two daughters? When I came into this house, she tried to hurt Jhanak, and who knows what else she could do.”
She says, “We are talking about you and me.” He responds, “Your mom always comes between us. She controlled you, tried to control me, and insulted Jhanak.” Their argument continues. She says, “You love Jhanak.” He asks, “Can I ignore that love?” She says, “If you say this, I have no choice. My parents’ marriage is falling apart, and now you want to leave me.” He says, “No, I want to stand by Jhanak. You need to understand that. She doesn’t want to destroy anyone’s relationship.” She says, “Yes, she’s great, and we are bad.”
He praises Jhanak further. She asks, “What do you expect from me?” He responds, “There is nothing left between us.” She says, “Don’t get involved in Jhanak’s issues.” He replies, “I’m already involved in her battle. You are involved too. You know Jhanak is your sister. You once hated her and treated her like a maid. I know it’s hard to accept this truth.” He explains further and asks her to accept reality. He leaves. She sits crying. The family discusses Jhanak. Shubh says, “Vinayak and Shrishti’s relationship is over.” Lal says, “Think about Arshi. She must be in trauma.” Bipasha says, “Anirudh might put on a big act.” Shrishti says, “Anirudh will melt eventually.” Shubh says, “I’ll support Shrishti.” Tanuja says, “Vinayak can hire any big lawyer.” He responds, “I’m no less.” Bipasha adds, “Shrishti did wrong.” He replies, “You don’t sympathize with Jhanak. We won’t accept her.”
Brij and Jhanak talk. He says, “We can’t back down now.” She responds, “You trusted Shrishti and lost.” He agrees, “Yes, but it’s better than not trusting anyone.” Shubh says, “Jhanak knows her mom and dad. She loves her dad. I think she’ll go back with him. Arshi is Anirudh’s life, and he feels for Jhanak.” Bipasha says, “He hugged Jhanak in front of everyone.” Shubh adds, “I’ll talk to Arshi and suggest they take Anirudh abroad.” Anjana enters, supporting Jhanak and arguing with Tanuja and Bipasha. Bipasha refuses tea. Anjana tells her to put it back in the kitchen and leaves. Tanuja asks Bipasha to ignore her. Brij says, “I spoke to a lawyer. We need to wait for the date to finalize. We need Anirudh’s help.” Jhanak says, “What? This is impossible. I can’t break someone’s family.” He replies, “We need his help. He loves you a lot. Why should you suffer like Urvashi did? I want you to be happy.” He asks her to marry Anirudh.
