Anupama

Anupama 14th November 2024 Written Update

The episode starts with Aadhya/Rahi filling out the form when the pen stops working. Aadhya asks if there’s a problem with her. Prem enters and hands her his pen. He sits down to fill out the form too, revealing that he’s participating as well. Aadhya tells him she is participating with Anupama ji’s money and plans to leave this place. She asks him what his motivation is. Prem recalls Khalnayak’s words in his mind. Aadhya taunts him, saying he won’t win. Prem responds confidently, saying he will win, only he will win. Aadhya laughs and calls it overconfidence, telling him they’ll see who ends up the winner and who the loser is. He recalls Khalnayak’s words and says, “I am not a loser.” Aadhya responds, “Okay, but you won’t be a winner either.” They sign the form.

Toshu and Kinjal reassure Pari not to stress, assuring her that she will get whatever she wants. Toshu tells her not to lose, while Kinjal says her focus should be solely on the competition. Pari hesitates and says she doesn’t want to disappoint them. Kinjal tells her she doesn’t have the option to lose. Pari replies that it’s too much pressure. Pakhi encourages Ishu to practice dancing, saying it will help her get more followers and work. Ishu says she’ll take Anu Maa’s help. Anupama enters, and Ishu asks if she will help her dance. Anupama agrees, and Ishu hugs her.

Mahi is seen dancing while cooking in the kitchen. She tells herself that she has to practice dancing to win the competition and earn a place in Prem’s heart. Anupama enters and gently places her hand over Mahi’s, saying that if she dances to please others or to win, it will only create pressure. She advises her to dance for herself. Mahi asks Anupama to teach her how to dance, and Anupama agrees, saying she didn’t know it was so important to her. Mahi nods, expressing the same sentiment. Just then, they hear music from Aadhya’s room. Anupama goes to check and sees Aadhya struggling with her dance steps. Anupama goes outside and demonstrates a few moves. Aadhya watches closely, then joins in, determined to take Anupama’s help to win.

Pakhi warns Ishu that Anupama might not teach her the best steps and that she could lose. She urges Ishu to get serious about the competition, as she wants her to win. Ishu responds, saying she will win, no matter what Anupama teaches her.

Everyone gathers to submit their forms for registration. Prem asks Mahi to submit his form while he goes to the washroom. Ansh asks if Mahi is his PA. Pari says everyone must submit their forms personally, showing their IDs. Prem spots someone and quickly hides his face. The man notices him and calls him “Prem Sir,” mentioning that he could get him direct entry to avoid the queue. Prem politely declines, saying he came with his friends. The man offers him tea or juice, but Prem refuses. He then accidentally bumps into Aadhya, who scolds him. Prem apologizes and walks away, while everyone waits in line. Ishu says it will be fun, and Mahi declares she will win with Anudi’s support. Aadhya thinks to herself that her victory lies in Anupama’s defeat.

Baa comments that Anupama was right about how mobile phones are the biggest thief. Ansh, Pari, Ishu, and Mahi return, and Baa asks if the registration is done. Ansh confirms, and Pakhi adds that today is the last day. Baa says whoever wins, the prize money will come to this house. They ask Anupama who will win. Toshu asks her to make her prediction. Aadhya steps forward, surprising everyone by touching Anupama’s feet. She says she’s touching them as her student, not as her daughter, acknowledging that Anupama is her dance Guru. Anupama asks her to rise, encouraging her to dance with passion so that Nataraj himself would stop to watch. Aadhya says she wants to dance in such a way that Lakshmi ji will watch and Nataraj ji will forgive her. Anupama tells her not to do it for money but for the love of dance. Aadhya insists she wants to win the competition and the prize money, then asks for her blessings to be the winner.

On the road, Prem bumps into a man, causing the man’s chana to spill. The man angrily accuses him, asking if his father will pay for the damage. Prem turns, furious, and threatens him, causing the man to back off in fear.

Aadhya asks Anupama what’s wrong, urging her to say “Vijayibhawa” and bless her to win. Pakhi also asks for her blessing, saying she knows Anupama wants her to win. Anupama stands with Ishu, Mahi, Ansh, and Pari, offering her blessings to all of them. She says she loves everyone and wishes them all the best, but ultimately, the winner will be determined by their actions. Pakhi expresses a desire for Ishu to win, Kinjal supports Pari, and Toshu hopes Ansh will win. Aadhya scoffs, saying parents are always like this, and if Anupama were really her mother, she would bless only her, not the others. Aadhya reminds her of the time she had set up a stall for Pakhi’s school fair, arranging everything and winning. She claims that when it came to her, Anupama didn’t show up, choosing Baa and Pari over her. Aadhya says she was disqualified because of Anupama’s actions, and her father was hurt more than she was. She accuses Anupama of ignoring and hurting both her and her father for the Shah family.

Anupama tries to understand her pain and asks if they can make a fresh start. Aadhya refuses, saying she will never forget the past, that the gift Anupama gave her was the ability to remember everything. She says she has always been neglected, a stranger to Anupama then and now. Aadhya questions why Anupama made her yearn for her love, even though she had always been there for her. She asks for a blessing to win the competition, but Anupama doesn’t give her one. Ansh and Pari try to intervene, but Aadhya insists she has no complaints with them.

Baa steps in and says that Anupama cares deeply for everyone. Aadhya challenges this, arguing that Anupama only cares for the Shah family. She says Anupama has Stockholm syndrome, loving the very people who mistreat her. Baa retorts that Anupama must love her the most because Aadhya troubles her so much. Aadhya smirks, declaring that hatred is her greatest motivation. She tells the youngsters that she has no enmity with them, but to defeat Anupama, she has to defeat all of them. Anupama looks on, teary-eyed.

Kinjal, Pakhi, Toshu, and Baa approach Aadhya. Pakhi asks how dare she demoralize their children. Kinjal says to keep her overconfidence to herself and not to discourage them. Baa insists that Aadhya should not drag the children into her conflict with Anupama. Aadhya laughs and walks off. The family continues to argue. Anupama arrives and suggests the kids may want to reconsider participating in the competition, but Pakhi quickly accuses her of wanting her daughter to win. Anupama responds that she means all the kids, including Rahi. Baa urges Anupama to stop Rahi from participating as this argument is escalating because of her. Pakhi, Toshu, and Kinjal insist their kids will participate, no matter what.
