Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 4th November 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Mahua arguing with Chandan about Meghla. She says, “Adrija is right; you will always support Meghla, even when she’s wrong. If you need to go to Ranbir’s house, I’ll get that necklace ready.” He replies, “Keep the necklace prepared; I’ll go to their house and return it.” She agrees and leaves. Meghla then says, “I know I may have erred by taking Ranbir’s call, but I told him he was wrong with Adrija. Trust me.” Chandan responds, “I feel hurt when someone scolds you; please don’t make such a mistake again.”
Chandan arrives at the Bajwa house. He says, “I’m getting late for university; I’m here to return the necklace.” Kamal insists that he sits down. Chandan complies. Balveer apologizes for what happened that day. Meher mentions they spoke to Ranbir about Adrija, but he said… Chandan reassures them, “It’s okay; we can’t force anyone into marriage. Don’t pressure Ranbir.” Meher counters, “But Ranbir likes Meghla a lot. Can’t we discuss this?” Chandan insists, “No, it’s not possible for us; Ranbir and Meghla don’t know each other well. Meghla wasn’t involved; Ranbir liked her, and she won’t be sad, so we should put an end to this matter.” Simran expresses disappointment, saying they thought he would agree. Chandan apologizes for disappointing them. Zoravar arrives and greets everyone. Chandan states he has come to return the necklace. Zoravar invites him to have lunch with them, but Chandan declines, saying he has to go to university. Zoravar remarks that he’s busy, but he has the day off and was planning to rest. He mentions that when he learned Ranbir liked Meghla, he wasn’t pleased. He belittles Meghla, prompting concerned looks from Meher and the others. Harman comments that Zoravar is undermining Chandan’s self-respect. Simran is relieved Ranbir isn’t there. Param suggests that Ranbir could have convinced Chandan and feels bad for him.
Meher and Balveer attempt to defend Zoravar. Zoravar insists that Ranbir and Meghla are mismatched; they convinced themselves for Ranbir’s sake and wouldn’t have agreed to the relationship under any circumstances. Meher becomes worried. Chandan agrees, stating they found no match between them, which is why they stepped back. Meher adds that it might not be right to make such a judgment; happiness doesn’t depend on equal education or financial status. Chandan agrees but insists he can’t let Meghla marry before Adrija. Balveer states that Chandan is correct and should focus on getting Adrija married first; they can discuss Ranbir and Meghla later. Zoravar advises against pressuring him, saying Ranbir may like someone else since he is still young. Harman suggests they should inform Ranbir, and Simran agrees, urging them to call him. Harman leaves to do so.
Meher urges Chandan to eat something. Chandan declines, saying he already ate at home. Meher then asks him to at least have some tea. Simran insists he tries the homemade sweets. Chandan relents and agrees to eat. He hands the necklace to Meher, asking her to check it. Kamal reassures him that they are not bad people and wouldn’t take the gift back. Balveer adds that Adrija is like their daughter, so he should accept it as a gift for her good results. Kamal supports this sentiment. Zoravar mentions that they contribute such things to their needy relatives. Chandan replies, “But I can’t accept it; it’s a significant matter for me. The relationship didn’t form, so I can’t keep it.” Harman calls Ranbir, informing him that Chandan is at their house to return the necklace. Ranbir asks what he should do, and Harman suggests he should talk to Chandan. Ranbir responds that he can’t come home right now. Harman advises him to call Chandan to set up a meeting, and Ranbir agrees, thanking him. Chandan thinks about how everyone seems to like Meghla, although Zoravar’s behavior is rude. He reflects that it would have been better if he could arrange Meghla’s marriage in their house. Chandan decides to leave. Meher tells him to give their blessings to Meghla and Adrija. Chandan receives a call from Ranbir, who expresses a desire to meet and talk. Chandan agrees and says he will inform him. He then departs.
Ranbir meets Chandan at a café. He starts, “It was my mistake; I’m sorry.” Chandan replies, “It’s fine; just promise me we won’t discuss this again.” Ranbir asks if he can drop Chandan off, but Chandan declines, saying he can go about his business. Ranbir insists, “I didn’t finish my discussion.”
