Vaiju is joyfully engaged in her prayers while the entire family stands behind her. Arhaan suggests that they should wish Vaiju for her birthday, but Jaya proposes keeping the celebration a surprise to make her even happier. Vaiju, anticipating birthday wishes from everyone, is disappointed when no one mentions her birthday and they leave the room. She asks them about her birthday, and the family members teasingly respond that they’ve already wished her and that she’s too old to be celebrating birthdays. Ragini even teases her about her graying hair.
Feeling disheartened that no one even brought her a cake, Vaiju becomes upset. Rannvijay asks Jaya why they are intentionally making Vaiju sad. Jaya reassures him that they are all preparing for a surprise party and assigns Rannvijay the task of keeping Vaiju occupied. Vaiju sits alone, tearfully missing Durga, and starts singing emotionally to herself. Rannvijay finds her in this state and asks her to sort out some files. Vaiju complains about having to work on her birthday, but Rannvijay insists, although he secretly feels bad for her.
Meanwhile, the rest of the family is busy with the final preparations for the surprise party. Vasundhara mentions that everything will be ready in 15 minutes, and Jaya tells her she will ask Rannvijay to bring Vaiju down.
In the office, Rannvijay struggles with some work on his laptop. Vaiju steps in to help, quickly spotting the mistake. As they work closely together, they share an intense moment of eye contact. Rannvijay compliments Vaiju on her sharp understanding of finance, noting that as a farmer, she must have learned to handle calculations herself. Jaya interrupts them to take Rannvijay outside, leaving Vaiju engrossed in her work. Rannvijay tells Jaya that Vaiju is brilliant and expresses his desire to help her succeed, making Jaya grateful that Rannvijay considers Vaiju part of the family.
Later, Rannvijay notices Vaiju signing documents in Hindi and decides to teach her how to sign in English. As she struggles to write, he gently helps her by holding her hands, leading to another tender moment between them. Jaya arrives and makes an excuse to take Vaiju away. Vaiju, holding onto the paper where she practiced her signature, says she’ll keep it as a memento.
Jaya then leads Vaiju to the family, revealing the surprise birthday party. Everyone wishes Vaiju one by one, making her feel special. Rannvijay recalls Vaiju mentioning how Durga used to sing and her favorite song, which touches Vaiju deeply.
Suddenly, there is a power cut, and Vaiju jokingly asks how many more surprises they have planned. Jaya assures her that this wasn’t part of the plan. Just then, Rannvijay appears with a guitar and begins singing “Teri Meri Kahaani,” bringing a smile to Vaiju’s face. She feels both happy and emotional, especially when everyone applauds his performance. Rannvijay tells Vaiju that she should not have tears in her eyes, as that would make Durga happy too. Jaya, however, stands in the background, feeling upset about something.
The episode ends with Vaiju smiling through her tears, touched by the love and efforts of her family.
