Jagriti 3rd November 2024 Written Episode Update

The episode opens with Jagriti questioning the driver about why he hit the lamb intentionally. The driver insists it was an accident, claiming he had no idea how the lamb ended up in front of the van. Jagriti demands to know why he didn’t stop to save the lamb. Amol asserts that justice will be served, and an FIR will be filed against him, leading to his punishment. Singh instructs the driver to pay a fine of 50 Rs. The driver pays the fine, prompting Jagriti to question this form of justice. Gita echoes her sentiment, incredulous at the mere 50 Rs fine. Amol suggests they demand 500 Rs from the driver. The driver pays him 500 Rs. Jaggu voices her frustration, questioning the fairness of this outcome. Harish explains that this is how things work here and warns Jagriti not to listen to her Kaki’s opinions. He insists that they cannot afford to pay more and instructs Gita to leave the matter be. Amol states that nothing can change now since the FIR is filed. Gita tells Jaggu to take care of the lamb, but Jaggu insists she can’t take it with her. Harish expresses concern for his daughter’s safety, stating he must protect her himself.

Jaggu arrives at the juvenile home, where the other children refer to her as Chitta, a criminal. Confused, Jagriti asks why they are saying this. The constable informs her that she is labeled a born criminal and warns her not to expect any special treatment. Jaggu insists that while she may be called Chitta, she is not a criminal.

Meanwhile, Harish arrives at the basti and inquires about Jaggu’s whereabouts. Bindi takes him to her house and asks about her well-being. Harish expresses his determination to save Jaggu from the juvenile home. Bindi reassures him that they will protect her and that nothing will happen to her. Harish confides his distrust in Gita’s judgment, to which Bindi agrees, noting that Gita has previously sent Raka to jail.

In the juvenile home, the warden informs a worker that Judge Madam has her eyes on Jaggu. Sapna is waiting for Gita’s arrival. When Gita arrives, Sapna requests the baby lamb, but Gita insists it belongs to someone else. Amol intervenes, taking the lamb and handing it to Sapna while warning Gita. Gita defends herself, stating that she will not back down from her responsibility to ensure Jagriti’s safety.

A girl named Gungun explains to Jaggu that she is there because she stole bread. Jaggu shares her determination to shed the label of a criminal. Gungun questions if her father forced her into this situation, but Jaggu firmly replies no. She adds that her mother watches over her from above. Gungun tells the warden she came to see Jaggu and inquires about security. The warden confirms it is tight.

In a tense moment, a girl eats Jagriti’s food, and when Jaggu confronts her, she is pushed back. Jaggu asks why she was pushed, but the girl merely laughs and taunts her. Harish and Bindi arrive disguised at the juvenile home, with Bindi stating they are there to deliver diyas. Harish concocts an excuse, but the guard insists they must come back in the morning. Bindi states that if Judge Madam questions them, they will say the guard turned them away. Harish remarks that they will only realize their mistake when they lose their jobs. The guard finally allows them inside. Gunjan tells Shivali she plans to teach Jagriti a lesson, prompting Shivali to instruct the other girls to capture her. Jaggu declares her intent to complain about their behavior. As she runs outside to the lawn, Gita learns from the warden that no lawyer is willing to take Jaggu’s case. The girls close in on Jaggu, and Gita urges the warden to ensure that Jaggu gets a lawyer.

Shivali shoves Jaggu, causing Harish to intervene and catch her. Bindi asks if Jaggu is okay, but Jaggu hesitates to share her troubles, claiming the girls are her friends. Bindi insists they should return to the basti. Gita arrives and questions Jaggu about her intentions. Jaggu explains that she was fleeing because the girls were bothering her. Gita asks Jaggu if she seeks justice and wants to clear her name. Jaggu affirms that neither she nor her father committed a crime. Gita instructs the warden to change Jaggu’s room and tells Jaggu they will meet in court the following day. Harish implores Gita to save his daughter, to which Gita retorts that he initially wanted Jagriti to live in the basti. Harish looks on, reflecting on her words.
