Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 1st November 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Ranbir feeling down after overhearing the family conversation. Simran inquires about why he stayed home today. Ranbir walks downstairs, where Harman and Param approach him. Zoravar asks if he’s okay. Ranbir replies that he is fine. Adrija spots Meghla and stops her, insisting that she comes over. Adrija begins to scold Meghla, who starts to cry. Meghla expresses her desire to know if Ranbir has changed his mind. Adrija retorts that she doesn’t want Meghla’s pity, pushing her down and berating her for putting on a show. Chandan catches Meghla and shows concern for her. Mahua walks away. Adrija declares that Meghla cannot manipulate her or their mother.
Kamal and Meher try to comfort Ranbir. He states that the matter is settled and that he is heading out, promising to meet them later. Meghla begins to sing. Ranbir tries to call her, stating that he will reach out again and if she doesn’t answer, he won’t speak to her anymore.
He calls her again. She notices his call and wonders why he is reaching out, feeling the need to ask him why he embarrassed her. She answers the call. He says he wants to talk to her. Meghla replies that she felt humiliated because of him. He insists on discussing things, adding that if she doesn’t talk to him, he will have to speak with her parents. She pleads with him not to do that. He then requests that she come to his house because he wants to understand why she turned him down. Meghla expresses her discomfort with the topic. Adrija arrives and overhears her conversation with Ranbir.
Ranbir asks why she broke off their engagement. Meghla tells him that he is a good person and urges him to marry Adrija, who has feelings for him. He counters that he doesn’t love Adrija. Adrija hurriedly heads to find Mahua, asking her to come with her. Mahua asks what’s going on, and they both eavesdrop on Meghla’s conversation with Ranbir. Meghla states she never said she didn’t like him. Ranbir responds that he cannot meet Adrija’s expectations, asserting that he never told her he loved her or wanted to marry her; she should ask Adrija to confirm this. He presses Meghla to reflect on whether she rejected him because she doesn’t like him or if someone else influenced her decision. She insists it’s not like that, but upon noticing Mahua and Adrija nearby, she says she will talk to him later and hangs up.
Ranbir overhears Adrija reprimanding Meghla. Mahua questions Meghla about her call with Ranbir, raising her voice in anger. Ranbir grows increasingly worried as he listens. Mahua interrogates Meghla about whether she has feelings for Ranbir, scolding her in the process. Meghla defends herself, claiming she did nothing wrong and was only discussing Adrija, urging Mahua to call Ranbir and confirm her side of the story. Adrija asserts that she has shown Meghla pity, and so have their parents, giving her a place in their home.
